Premine was 150k of 5 million which is 3%
Now Premine of 150k of 1.15 million is 13%.

Why has the premine coins stayed the same with the reduction of the total coin supply? The premine should be 30k our of the million.

The dev listened and reduced the ICO to 100 BTC making XCloudcoin one of the best ICO for investors due to the limited supply of 1 million coins.  Stop whining about premine, this is not a shitty coin with no features and  dev took out loan of $25k that shows they are interested in this coin. Most IPO coins raised over 200-500 BTC

Having 13% to 50% premine is great for the dev...

Also how do you know about the 25k loan? lol. how can he prove it?

Everything around here is FUD first then ask questions later. The dev has been very transparent, and this has been the most well organized ICO ever. All of the key features will be ready at launch. I have no concern about the premine because the dev was transparent about it. They would not go through all of this trouble to setup services to dump a few coins, it is clear they are in for the long haul. I believe the dev borrowed $25,000 for the loan, building real services isn't cheap. CLD is the type of coin that will attract real investors willing to hold and not dump after a few days.

Yeah it is misleading in the OP, it still says 3%. And a premine of 13% or even much greater is very unsettling. That's a greater than or equal to 13% premine on top of a less than or equal to 100 BTC IPO..

why not distribute the total one million coins over the amount of btc invested, so no need  destroying the coins.

Total coin is 5 mill not 1 mill before burning. At 1 mill it is 13% premine

You keep going on about the premine and it is irrelevant. There is no incentive for the dev team to dump when they have built services that depend on the success of CLD. I rather an upfront and transparent premine than some hidden premine. If the premine is that much of a concern for you then don't invest.

In Sync Whale program, you just have to give your address and promise not to sell under 7 coins.
They can control in the block explorer if needed.
