Now a lot of scrypt asic miners will mine burst. gone is hdd mining
asic will destroy this coin.

Haha. We mine other coins, sell them for BTC, buy burst, and then distribute it to you guys.

well that's a relief.

but they will dump at some point

Strange I can't get the -Xmx to go over 1000 and the stagger size over 2048 without crashing, I have 8GB of ram.

EDIT: At least i think it is setup right although on the workers stats i have 0 shares and 20 invalid

I agree a well built site adds value, I am in the process of building out burstcoins.com myself.

However, the average consumer does not even know .info exists, and does not trust most existentions except .com. Plus, I sometimes forget and type .com, as most people do, (example, craigslist)

It looks like you're only submitting invalids from here. Are you sure you've got it setup correctly?

I am not sure i just grabbed cgminer and tried to set it up.  I dont even know if im using the right utility.  What settings should i have?  I have it setup as follows

cgminer -o stratum+tcp://pool.burstmp.com:3333 -u BURST-EY4T-BYFW-25MW-FJ7Z9 -p x

.com and .net are probably the top two at the moment. People forget edu, ca, info, .cc and others.....

BURST-WKQW-PV35-RTWJ-HGHMM ive never had any burst and just realized i need burst to mine burst. DERP!
Can someone please explain this in more detail?  Is this a mining pool requirement?
