BTW, pool v2 uses solo plot. since i downloaded the OP miner, it's ok right? don't have to replot right?

1 more question. can i open a few miners if i have several harddisk or partitions? I would just need to copy and paste the poc_miner to each drive right?

For 4TB harddisk (3.63TB real space), are my arguments optimum?  0 - 14,400,000. From the guide it says 200GB for 800k

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\java -Xmx1000m -cp pocminer.jar;lib/*;lib/akka/*;lib/jetty/* pocminer.POCMiner generate 460635828253812312 0 14400000 1000 4

Right. Its the only way to mine right now on Windows.
One miner per drive/partition

4. Slow plotting... Depends on your CPU. I for one have an i7 with 24 Gb of ram, so its going fairly good. You can use the NAT and yes, you can use multiple computers to plot, as long as you don't overlap the nonces.

i have 3 computer

computer a =123456890876  0 800000 8000 6
computer b =123456890876  0 800000 8000 6
computer c =123456890876  0 800000 8000 6

or

computer b =123456890876  8000001 160000 8000 6
computer c =123456890876  1600001 2400000 8000 6

Guys. Serious question.

I downloaded the OP miner and started plotting 5hours ago. And I just downloaded the poolminer v2. I don't have to replot everything again right as it supports solo plotting. Hoping for a reply. Thanks

Diff is over 4Petabytes now Shocked
Everyone wants to have a piece of this cake now.  Grin

Sure!
This is the most innovative coin till 8 months.

I remember it was 800TB last Friday LOL.
Btw community should give a hand to help the dev with different things. An innovative way of mining is not enough to bring success.

So, today is 4 peta.

Following this path, if within 1 weeks diff reach 8-10 peta if not early, is still profitable to buy hard drive, waiting for them, starting plots, waiting other few days and start mining with price at 400 satoshi?
Was 1200 just 3 days ago and slowly going down, with difficulty going up.

So, it was just a good coin for early birds and early bagholder?

I'm just asking.  Wink

Acording to https://bchain.info/BURST/tools/calculator with 4 TB disk you can earn 0.035 BTC per day, so after week and a half you will get ROI.

Wink

multipool is on target.
I don't know ETA exactly...
But burst DEV team is working hard to reach the goal!

DEV any ETA for the multipool up&running?

thank!

Dev doesn't know when multipool will be up. I'm in charge of the bounty

this estimated network size is not accurate, it changes with the difficulty, every time when you see it is not the same, may be last time you will see it is 4peta, next time you will see 1.8peta or 2 peta. it can't be taken seriously

It seems a lot of speculation is involved at this point. No other coin has been introduced like this so we are in a new territory.  With the block reward being reduced by 5% each month and difficulty increasing over time it should see a decent increase in value. I feel it is just temporarily low at the moment catching its breath. The part that should keep the interest of people is that after you have created your plots the cost to mine this coin is very low versus a GPU rig so people do not need to sell to cover costs.

This coin has a bright future ahead.......but if a clone comes out and everyone who missed the boat on this one jumps ship it could be a whole new story.
