The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

Thanks for the update - hope all is well!
I have faith in Joe. He can make awesome things!

I have the same hope 111Magic, just wish he updated status here more often.

Every minute he spends posting here is a moment not spent on development. Even worse, every distraction interrupts your train of thought, so even more time lost.

Don't agree with you. Community likes to see dev also active here. And how much time he will miss with making few posts. But thats it in the crypto-world. You can not make everybody happy. No posts = not good & posting = also not good! 🙈

I understand what did that little boy do. And yes he can do to all coins which using "combined algos" for avoid usage of asics.

On that kind of attack our choices;

1-) Making all of the community able to reach same hashrate of the attacker. (new miner sw with asic support)
2-) Changing algo.

first one is out of magi soul, out of main idea but second option only aborting it again.

I'm not a dev. I'm not a pc programmer.
I'm only an telecomminication tecnician who is coding some microprocessors.

Posted on Minerclaim pool......

We are investigating issues in the backend. Your shares and hashrate are safe and we will fix things ASAP.

Findblocks disabled, new blocks will currently not show up in the frontend
Blockupdate disabled, blocks and transactions confirmations are delayed
Payouts disabled, you will not receive any coins to your offline wallet for the time being

They will be next to shut down.  Edit, they are down

Yep, all 11 of my miners are showing that their stratum servers are down. Man, I was just being snide like I am, but I didn't think they would actually do it. Damn...

I just discovered CPU mining at the beginning of March and that made me want to learn about coin mining in general, and then this stuff happens.

What a bad first impression I'm getting from crypto.  This is complete bullshit.

No, what's bullshit is that you're still doing this to the network. You don't have the right to complain about the network when you're single-handedly destroying it. Anything you say bears next to no relevance, so do us all a favor and shut the fuck up.

He's not destroying the network, just exploiting a weakness for profit. All miners should be benefiting from his exploit, unless the pool they're in shuts down before it ends.

He has claimed he can destroy the network if he wanted to, be happy his motivation is profit. There are, after all, some people who destroy things just for the LOLs.

Give joe some time to fix things, the network, and the coin, will be stronger in the end.

I just discovered CPU mining at the beginning of March and that made me want to learn about coin mining in general, and then this stuff happens.

What a bad first impression I'm getting from crypto.  This is complete bullshit.

Complete bullshit with $400kkk+ capitalisation, yep)

Doesn't add up. Based on the outflow of your main wallet address (as well as the 15 other known unisolated) it comes out to a total of ~17k coins with a value of approximately 7500 based on a per coin guesstimate as you've been offloading to bittrex. As you essentially are orphaning sequential blocks on a single wallet address, you haven't killed enough blocks to get 400k. Theoretically, you could be trading/arbitraging your way up that high after dumping coins, but I'd wager the difficulty scale is up there a bit.
