Seems to be a issue across a lot of alts at the minute, think the fact that Joe is super busy and 111magic is convalescing is not helping either.

The lowest I ever bought magi for on an exchange was 900 sat - after which it shot up again - could possibly happen again, I'm hoping for a turnaround =)

Somebody else mentioned about a few invalid coins yesterday - I'm staking fine, the chain seems to be moving and the number of orphaned blocks doesn't seem too high, wonder if its a wider problem or just unlucky. Are you solo mining?

In fact, I think the price is low and falling because the whole market is now in a big decline, for a long time it has been going on and it is annoying for me too. But the important thing is that the work of the team is underway and the MAGI project is progressing. Maybe soon after all the price will turn up.

The whole crypto market has been very bad recent days, and MAGI has not stayed out of the commend down movements.
However, as we all experienced so many times in the crypto market, everything will be fine some days later.

Well ... I see Joe is off on all social media, including this forum. It doesn't look like he cares that much anymore and he also ignored all the suggestions that were given to him.
We are in H2 of 2018 and apart from fixing some small bugs here and there nothing major has been done and everything seems to be dead in the water.

So, in conclusion this is what we have now:
1. Joe (the one man team) is off
2. No updates from him before he disappeared
3. No Roadmap updates whatsoever
4. No other updates of any kind
5. 111 is also mostly off. Apparently he is sick or something.
6. Price dropping like a rock in the water

My honest expectation is that the coin will soon die, most probably at the moment Bittrex will remove it.

from the 1st of Aug. i have gotten 25 invalid generated coins transactions just from staking.

I've noticed that staking has slowed down the past few days from under a day to just over 2 days between stakes.

Orphans haver jumped up as well in the same time in the pool i'm in (50% orphans out of the last 10 blocks found).

Hope it's just a temp thing and nothing more sinister

Unfortunately the project is more stagnant than ever, and at such a critical time for this particular currency, the disappearances of Joe DO NOT HELP, on the other hand, it should be noted that I was a great lover of this currency, but I began to hate it when Joe out of nowhere, change the rules of the game (mining) mining is a thing of the past, and no one wants to mine because it is obviously terribly lost and lost, the PoS constantly failing (for months I have closed my wallet with the coins I had and I never opened it again and I'm still reading about blocks afterwards). Is that if you analyze the situation, here in this coin cause or try to cause fud is the divine fart, it makes no sense to do, has no volume has no price, so that cause fud if it falls by itself? Break support after support, there is no need to fud ... Unfortunately

Devs? There is a single dev, Joe, who is currently on his Summer holiday for the pest 3 weeks or so, and doesn't look like he cares much of what's going on with the coin or price or whatever of it.

with such a low hash it might be a good idea to do pool mining.

Think it roughly works out that you need you need at least 700-500kH/s for a pool to be worth the hassle of setting up and running and that should get you at least a block a day.

With less than 300kH/s, a pool would be better use of your devices.

Congratulations to those who still hold MagiCoin, congratulations to all the Hodlers. Thank you for having so much desire to lose MONEY and thank you for putting up with so much a project that your own and only developer abandoned. Yes, soon it will be delisted by bittrex, only that bittrex does not look at it, it is a currency so bad that it goes unnoticed: D
Thanks to Bitcoin for removing so much garbage from the road, this year several coins will disappear including this one. Want to see something nice?

Something else, XMG was a currency that Bittrex had in mind to delist, We all know that Bittrex is the exchange where  COIN OF MAGI IS MORE MARKETED, Imagine that if this currency is delisted DIRECTLY DIES; for some strange reason (such a ticket in between) this did not happen, but it is proven that a year ago it was about to disappear

That has not been delisted in a simple MIRACLE

The reason why the coin wasn't delisted before was because the community rallied round and we got a lot of support

If it happens again in the future I can't say, volume and cap is certainly not great right now - I must admit

However this is only one of many many coins that lost a significant share of its total value, especially when you consider all time highs. Everything is down hard.
