The answer is clearly that the more miners the mining rewards will be linearly/proportionally more, probably until the maximal totals of around 1920 blocks mined/day are reached (based on block time of 45 seconds)- probably not until the Joincoin (J) price goes above 0.0005-0.001 BTC/J.

This also imply that the amount of J coins you will get probably stay the same until then, despite the rising prices which also will increase participating mining activities.

After that, if J coin attracts new miners at the same rate due to rising prices and mining rewards, the price of J coins has to jump up even faster, due to decreasing amount of blocks you will be rewarded per day.  

All the above are based on the fact that the total of blocks mined was as low as 250 blocks/day due to a very small number of miners during the period of time the Joincoin was nearly completely abandoned. I had plenty of doubt before about why the 45-second block time never resulted in around 1920-block reward daily throughout the mining history of Joincoin (J)- it would be expected to have occurred due to few miners and low difficulties and those few miners in the early days should have got all those number of blocks daily-but it never happened.

It is likely that the Digishield Difficulty Adjustment tends to cause the mining difficulty to jump up and down extremely when there were few miners, sometimes taking 5-10 minutes to find the next blocks. http://www.multifaucet.tk/index.php?blockexplorer=J

With increased participants, the adjustment seems to work more perfectly, giving more daily block rewards to reach around 1920 blocks/day in the near future- based on the 45-second block time. I hope.

The price movement is more complicated and needs to be justified. The short-term fluctuation seems to be more related to impulses, gut-feelings or (trading) technical factors, especially due to the recent rise in price.

Overall, the Market cap = J coin available supply x price: the "real time value" for these numbers probably change all the time and are affected by (or competed with) other cryptos:

My previous findings clearly suggests that the Market Cap is squarely related to its market rank (which is related to the popularity of the crypto.) My interpretation is that the price increase is at least linearly related to the number of participants and their efforts, and probably even more. The "Square effect" could not be explained by increased available supply- Doubling of the participants does not double the available coin supply instantly- I guess it could be "doubling" effects of attracting persons to Joincoin and from other cyrptos, in addition to other possible factors.

I believe no major change is necessary because the Dev has done a great job of laying down the framework of Joincoin (with secure, all-algos, ANON features) It appears that Joincoin should, like Bitcoin, best stay as a coin of stores and transactions of values, rather than being a peripheral coin device for daily small/(dust) trading activities, which would finally overload the blockchain files- Other hundreds of cryptos have been working on those features and let them do the jobs.  Using a crypto in direct transactions will ultimately require a verified account which would somehow impair the ANON features of Cryptos, at least indirectly and thus unsafely.

For the purpose of attracting the use (& value/price) of Joincoin (I), it appears more planning and development should be in the pipelines as long as it is most appropriate for the future of Joincoin, despite my statement (above) of "no-frill" concepts for Joincoin.
