You should also consider a hard fork for fixing the chain reorganizations between multiple algos.

there is no proof dev is working on this or he can implement this. look at other ipo's they have already created it. ofcourse this will take time will people stick around and wait no. why would i buy now and watch my holding do nothing when i can buy close to the day. this will take months to build but he has the btc now so who knows if it will be built.
