We saw a lot of surprising pumps of Fibre within 1 month ago. Perhaps Fibre's Dev has already received the notification from Poloniex of delisting this coin. It's hard to see Fibre reviving from the scratch now.

Sadly you are right. Without Poloniex and Bittrex, with the current state of the blocks, with most of the community gone... the future will be tough. |

Not really sure. Maybe not enough wallets open and staking. When people do start staking most of the coins go into staking mode and there is not enough people confirming blocks to have anything go through. Then they are stuck until enough wallets come online for staking. I have two wallets running. with different Ip but that is all the ips i have unless i wanted to run virtual computers.
