Not really sure. Maybe not enough wallets open and staking. When people do start staking most of the coins go into staking mode and there is not enough people confirming blocks to have anything go through. Then they are stuck until enough wallets come online for staking. I have two wallets running. with different Ip but that is all the ips i have unless i wanted to run virtual computers.

This is the only place i saw on the internet with a copy. I have a copy but figured you would want it from some place real. I would scan it a few times  before installing.

I don't think anybody wants to buy, since there no exchanges were you can trade fibre anymore. I'm glad I got out on time and
even made a little profit during the last pump. If you followed the this forum, you could be warned that the coin was nearly dead.

how about getting listed on C-Cex? I've heard they list for an amount of BTC?
if the network is fixed this could be a good thing!

Problem is getting the network fixed.  Is there enough interest to pay 1 btc.
