Office hours will begin early today if anyone would like to Skype.

Chris

Another thought. Since some of us can't participate in office hours for various reasons. Or in my case I don't have an pressing issues to discuss, would it be possible to post a recap here? Not a transcript but if someone has a question or issue or suggestion I think it would be helpful to post it here. Might help to keep everyone involved.

Chris,

Are we still on track for the Monday release? It would be good to get everyone on board for a social media push.

That is looking good.  As far as posting recaps of office hours here, we post updates during the week here, so it would be a little redundant to hold office hours and then repost the update of what was covered.

our video was removed because our Proof of Action campaign had such success Youtube thought we were using bots for views.  Over 1800 views and it was removed.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mSgXUrkU9Y0 it is now listed again.  I have put in a claim with youtube to return our views.

Chris

I probably wasn't clear. I agree it would be redundant to post a recap every time.

Just a post if something important comes up. Maybe you are already doing that and if so never mind.

I am not aware of many coin projects that hold office hours like you do. (are there others?) Promoting it would be a good thing. Access to a dev team is critical for some investors. Lets make sure everyone is aware!

Oh, gotcha!  This week will have a pretty nice rollout, so I will just not spoil it.

Mastercoin works by placing a layer on top of the Bitcoin Blockchain, in order to do this, every transaction requires a small amount of bitcoin to travel with (currently 0.003 BTC) I think that amount is decreasing drastically in the future (more like 0.0005) I assume withdrawal fees are used to offset this cost to the exchange.

My opinion is still that you should *only* be working on proving the PoA.  You've made only one claim of innovation, can't back that claim up with anything tangible yet, and are already collecting money for it.  This is the very definition of vaporware.  (Some might even consider it more nefarious than just an "unmet promise" made, too.)

Quote
The client is NOT the highest priority right now as we are working on some major things.

The client should be of highest priority, as it is a necessary component for ₱oA to be enacted and demonstrated

I'm working on the client / chain / ₱oA workflow tonight and wanted to get any insight or suggestions you have. at this point I've got a crypto challenge / response exchange similar to those used to log in to sites without sending your password to the server. This will essentially prove that

  • 1, You requested the "work",
  • 2, You (and not someone else) did the work.
  • 3, You performed some action along with the work.

The ₱oA chain will not worry about ordering, each action will be atomic. At least for initial release. As actions become more advanced we will work out ordering (find x page, click y link, comment in z field)

The Client:

Technology stack:
  • awesomium (in proccess browser chromeium browser)
  • peer.js (webrtc)
  • btsync (Blockchain storage and distribution)
  • nodejs (server)

General flow of client (How to mine ₱ROZ)

Release will be issued along with a free amount of t₱ or Test ₱ROZ that can be used throughout the system.

The client will be a web browser based on chromium that can be run on OSx Linux or Windoze (.NET & Mono Compiled)

I will try and include a cloud build environment that will let you inspect code before issuing a build. This will allow all the haters to understand exactly what's being built into the client and not have to trust a binary they download from the internet.

How mining works:
  • You will navigate the CoinProz website and affiliate sites using the client. The Client will inject logic into the pages you visit to place "₱ Deposits" throughout the mineable areas. (People might be able to purchase blocks of actionable activity for anyone to mine later)
  • Each page the client visits will also include an incremental nonce from the client.
  • The server takes the client nonce, a server nonce and session salt and creates the deposits.
  • The client upon receipt of the deposits from the network will inject them into the page present in the client.

  • In order to mine a deposit you will need to perform the action, performing the action usually involves submission of a form. The form will contain a piece of the solution to the crypto puzzle, this will be stored in the chain.

  • Upon submission the client will receive the last piece of the crypto puzzle, allowing a user's client to build the pieces into a transaction and sign it with the client's current pubkey.

  • The server can determine from the resulting transaction that the owner of the pubkey is the signer of the transaction, that the server verified that the action was completed, and that the rest of the deposit was actually placed there by the network.

This is a very high level view of the puzzle/proof process, a more detailed description will live on our github page.

Thoughts? Improvements, Glaring holes?

Amount to buy:
1060 PROZ   .00000283 Price per PROZ:
 BTC
0.00299980 BTC

see if they dont answer about escrow ,its because thats the only reason for coin ,moneygrab hence no bounties they dont care to give away anything unless can get more investers ,
maybe an invester asked a question why this coin doesnt have bounties like every other real coin, and they lost sale lol
