btcfree.net do they ever have payouts now? Or I'm always late for like 2-3 weeks?
Never seen them funded myself either... They payout if they are not empty. They just have been empty now for a long time.

your account needs to be less than 4 hours old
You have to register either new account or be total newbie (discover bitcoin like hour ago or even after he made that post). I wonder how much does he give away.

Bitcrate is currently empty.
paperco is empty too.
BTCfree.net is empty yet throwing a lot of ad's and popups. This one has been empty for quite a while now. Im beginning to wonder about their credibility as I have seen the occasional I frame / zero frame advertisements from them. I think perhaps they should be moved to the inactive or, not paying list.
Just my two bits worth.
The rest of them appear to be working as advertised.

With payouts dropping on those sites (just got a "prize" of 0.00005 BTC on Bitcoiner), I'm wondering if the dust we get from some of them isn't actually more costly (thinking about transaction fees to spend it later) than it's worth.
It's possible to spend these tiny prizes for free (no fee required) so long as you combine them with a suitably large other output. For example, if you have a 1 BTC output which is 2 days old, you can send 1.00005 BTC to yourself for free, effectively spending the 0.00005 BTC output and combining it into a single 1.00005 BTC coin, which you can later spend as you see fit. Of course, if you already have 1 BTC then I expect you probably won't be wasting your time hunting for 0.00005 BTC prizes, since they're insignificant in comparison.

bitcrate is currently empty but was filled recently so is still active. daily bitcoin significantly dropped their base pay rate, so you might want to try to time it for a chance at a pot that is not a few hundredths of a cent equiv.
The ones with asterisks * are empty as usual. freebtc.net and paperfaucet
The rest are running along fine.

BTCFree.net is offline, 502 gateway, perhaps should just move this one to the 'gone' list as I have never seen it with money anyways.
paperfaucet is empty.
Everything else is running as advertised

paperfaucet is empty. Definitely, never seen those 2 funded. One a side note, the paper one let you solve the PITA captcha before letting you know there are no funds anyway. Not very graceful...

The owners of btcfree and paperco.in/faucet ( not the same owner I am sure ) used to keep them funded and they would payout quite regularly. They also rely on donations rather than ad revenue and these days it seems bitcoins are worth too much to be donating them to free faucets I guess.
Btcfree with the 502... I will give it a day or two before I scratch it off as "gone". It has been funded before after a long spell of being empty.

Maybe a good solution for the moment would be to move them at the bottom of the list?

paperco empty as usual and yes that caption is a major pain in the ass, I had to click it like 20 times to get one legible.
bitcrate was empty however this one does tend to fill fairly often.
daily bitcoins, the 'normal' payout is extremely low now, a few hundredths of a penny equivalent, might just want to try to time a bigger payout, but the do give you a chance hourly.
As a FWIW, 1mBC is about a penny at ten dollars a bitcoin coversion value just for those doing the math.
The rest of them seem to be running good, I got a nice scratch off win today too!!

Im surprised these two are not posted on the front page, they are reliable that I have seen so far and pay decent compared to some of them listed here. Bit VisitorYou view the page / ads on it for a few minutes and get paid.Coin TubeYou watch youtube videos and get paid.Bit visitor you just let the timer run out and click the capta and the GO button in the upper right to get credit for it and goto next ad. the coin tube you type the capcha and click to watch the video, it pays every 15 minutes or so. This one it also seems that you can watch the videos daily and from what I have also seen, they add a decent number of new ones all the time. Let me know what ya'all think. Aaron

bitcrate and paperco are empty as usual.
bitvisitor that I posted earlier has some nice payers today. cointube has a number of good payers if you have not seen them yesterday, otherwise you will get about half of the haul.
The rest are running normally.

Just tried the bitcoin.so and won but was told insufficient funds.
Does this mean that I will be put in a queue for payout or I won, but really lost since there is no money?

I am pretty sure it is the latter. They do show the wallet balance right above the dice... currently: "There are 0 Bitcoins"
