Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Donated a tenth of a cent to bitcoiner.net: I wasn't in the mood for leeching, even though the 14615-satoshi prize offered up wasn't totally to scoff at. Hopefully someone else can enjoy the free money vibe.

On the Daily Bitcoins now you can track payments, as well as to delay them for any period of time and send in a bulk to minimize transaction fees.

Yes, this is big improvement and may save us (and the faucet) on transaction fees. The tracking of the payments is great as well

The scratch off still is not working and does not appear to be paying any winners on the free scratch off card.  I have seen it this way for a few days now.  Perhaps someone else can verify as well?

bitvisitor is down to lower paying sponsors but still a few bitmil if you want to check them out.

cointube is running the normal vids as well and paying as per.

The rest appear to be running as advertised.

I gave DailyBtc free scratch-off three days to see if it was temporary.
They have now been scratched off the list.

Bitcoin.so is out of bitcoins as usual and on the rare occasion that you do win, the captcha is a major pain.    Again, I don't want to have to go get a god damned calculator and figure out what 3454 times 3453 is and I don't need to go online to look up with the 8th planet is.,  It's to the point where im not going to bother with that site anymore.

Bitcrate does have coin in it.

I guess my threats of getting a shot gun were finally heard, my rabbit finished first Woo Hoo!!   Bunny Run is running good.

BitVisitor has a few decent payers and the cadre of ok payers.
cointube is running good too.  Links for both in my sig line.

For those of you watching cointube, what do you think about the little shorts about the different types of cells?  Kind of amusing I think.

the rest appear to be running as advertised.

I might find them more amusing if I actually got paid for watching them.

I just a had a chance to try that site out...  is it normal to only get paid for 1/4 ( or less ) of the vids one watches?
I let all of them play all the way through ( even though I had to mute the more annoying ones ).

I keep hearing that the transaction fees will be higher than the amount we get in from these sites.

If that is true, why are we doing this?

Portnoy I never had any problems getting paid for them.  Let them run a good minute 45 or so for the ones that are that long, and yes mute if you have to. Click the captcha to goto next movie and it should credit the one you just watched.

typically the movies pay  .3 mBTC each, with an occasional .4

try genning up a new pay to number and trying it.  I honestly can't tell you why you would not be getting paid.  Even if you were to use your own link as your own referral, you won't get the ref bonus too but still the base for the watch that I have seen.

Dank, I have not seen any transaction fees 'lost' from any of my monies earned.  When they bunch a ton of them together the fees are not as bad, and even then, I believe the sender pays the fees NOT the receiver so you should receive your full money.

Fee is being charged by Bitcoin network if you spent small prizes too soon. If you wait few days or bundle many transactions (on Daily Bitcoins it is possible now) you will not have to pay any fees.

cointicket.org added to the OP.

I am pretty sure I didn't get paid for every submission so one may need to watch this one closely.

Well I had similar experience in the past, so I dont visit the site. I did a test yesterday, looked 4 videos, and guess what ? No payment at all in 24 hour period. Would like to see experience from others

bitcrate and .so  are empty.

the rest seem to be running as advertised.

Bitvisitor has some decent sponsors.

cointube has some decent vids.   For those having issues, I don't know what to say to be honest.  Did you try using more than one wallet number from your IP? or multi computers from it?  I have not had any problems with it unless I tried one of the things I mentioned.   Sometimes it takes a day or two for the vids to reset to give you credit again, but other than that, I don't know what else to say.  Try blowing out your browser cookies?   Unfortunately the site seems to be some sort of spinoff of another marketing site so getting any customer assistance there is not going to happen.  That is one thing I do not like about it.

So are you saying that if one has already seen a certain video previously it is best to just move past it to another one because you won't get paid for it?

I was testing it again today.  I always use a unique address for each site I am trying out and with this test I was using one from a blockchain.info wallet
so when a payment is sent I am notified by email when it comes through.  It seems that the same people who do cointube also do bitvisitor and
so when you complete one of their tasks ( and push the next button or change the channel depending on what site you are on ) you will get your payment
shortly...

Well I had similar experience in the past, so I dont visit the site. I did a test yesterday, looked 4 videos, and guess what ? No payment at all in 24 hour period.

so if you are going to get a payment for a certain vid it should be pretty much right away.

In the test I did today I watched 15 videos and got a payment for 6 of them.  I noticed that I wasn't getting any payments for the first ones I was watching
and with those first ones I was letting the video play while I changed the focus to something else I was doing... so I wondered if it might be the case that
one needs to keep the focus on that browser page while the video plays in order to get paid, and so I tried that with the next ones after that... I made sure
not to switch to something else, and it 'did' seem that I started to get payments.

So cambda do you also change the focus to some other app or minimize the browser or something similar while the video plays?

I will test it out again later to make sure this is necessary...

Yes I changed focus most of the time in the past.

For today test I viewed 5 videos in IE 8.0 and 5 videos in Google Chrome 22.0, and I never ever changed focus from the browser. I did use different bitcoin address for every browser, and the videos were different so should not flag me as a cheat attempt. But not lucky this time as well, 0 payments received.
