This is great news.  Great work CRZ.  I'm pretty sure CRZ has been working his butt off the last several months on this.  From the few images we have seen it looks amazing imo.  The announcement says that next phase will only take a few days and then the designs will be released to the public for feedback.  I don't think any of this would be near possible if crz didn't put huge time and effort in.  He has mentioned he has been working very hard non-stop on this.  I think we should all donate a few SDC to show our appreciation for this epic achievement. We don't have instamine/premine funds to support devs, the community has to step up, every small amount helps.  His addresses are found in the link:

We don't have the smart contracts (yet?), but with ShadowMarket, ShadowChat, and the future APK to build app on the wallet, it's were we are heading.

The other A was for Anonymous/Anonymity, because it may be one of the big problem of other blockchain, everything is transparent on bitcoin-based blockchain applications, and with Shadow we could give a core to make DApps with a good privacy

EDIT: We could approach some chinese exchanges like btc38 and ask them to add SDC. I have good trades history on btc38. I can try to contact them.

For the people angry about pump groups --> You really think there's still something else in alt-coin land??? Even Bitcoins market cap swings between 2 lines till mass adoption comes. (Which they are pretty good working on and will definitly come)
We are several years stuck in this way of handling, groups are just trading against each other so I can't see the problem.
Small investors working solo only's choice is to invest in a project with a future like BTC and go long and you will survive the swings.

The way to do a private trade like that is a little bit at a time. I also do business in a trade where $10K is passed around on honor, but it is physical so if anyone screws they will never do business with anyone in the trade again, and something unfortunate might happen to you in the parking lot. This is supposed to be trustless but some trust somewhere is required for any trade and that's why we have exchanges.

I realize there is pumping in all coins but why do you think it has to be that way? Economics is more like evolution than engineering. God can create in 6 days but we're not God so we have to wait and let the natural laws take their course. Good luck with your SDC investment, are you still having a problem converting the Shadow?

The problem with converting back will fade away I'm sure about that because today I was able to convert the remaining 90k.
Tech of shadow works great, only some experience with the tokenization system is needed ...
You have to use the 'chain data' section and look for the inputs you own...

I have to respectfully and adamantly oppose the formation of any Shadow Foundation.  Nothing good can come from it.  It poses a risk to the coin and is a possible vector for corruption and drama to enter through its surface area.  The foundation of the Shadow Project should remain decentralized.  If one decentralized node in the Shadow Community wants to offer interface between devs or spread the word then good.  No foundation is needed for that.

Yes, organizing and cooperation between decentralized nodes in the Shadow community could be a good thing.  I think it can be done in a decentralized manner, without permission.  Once you offer a foundation though, its like moths to a flame and causes problems and drama.  This is seen in Bitcoin's Foundation, as well as Doge and other coins.

Here is an example, I recently read the NavajoCoin whitepaper after I heard everyone touting its "double encryption" anonymity.  Then I saw at the end of the paper in section 2.2.8:  

The nodes will be decentralized, but to begin
with they will be maintained by the Navajo
Coin Foundation. We are working to find a
secure way that we could distribute the code
for users to setup their own nodes, while still
being able to guarantee the integrity of the
Anonymous Network

It seems their anonymity is going to rely completely on a centralized Navajo Coin Foundation.  This just does not sit well with me, and illustrates the problem with centralization and Foundations.

A Shadow Foundation could be a very tough problem down the line especially considering ShadowMarket.  There may be abuse of people selling illegal plants or other things on the market.  Then the government could try to intervene by focusing on any centralized aspect of the Project.  If a foundation exists, then it is an obvious target for harassment or intervention by government entities.  Maybe I'm wrong, but its not worth the risk imo.  Just my 2 Shadowshis.
