Yes, transfers were allowed into the card after it gets blocked so that money went straight to mBank. They won't complain about that.

Firstly I would like to apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment that you
experienced in dealing with mBank recently.

In connection with the reasons for blocking the card, the process of unblocking the
card requires filling in and signing a complaint form containing the Cardholder's
personal data. To do this, you need to visit an mBank branch.

Bearer prepaid cards issued as an electronic money instrument are offered by mBank
S.A. in the Polish market only. mBank S.A. has never offered nor intended to offer
such cards outside Poland.

Notwithstanding this, mBank is doing its best to develop a process dedicated to
Cardholders staying abroad in order to handle complaints filed by users from outside
Poland.

That is why I cannot ask you to send any documents like ID to unblock your prepaid
card.

For that moment it possible to unblock your card only during the visit in mBank office.

useless write again.

Simple, if you want your card unlocked, need just go to Poland.

I wrote already to EBA, control authorities for EU bank, VISA and others, just for that they answered me, instead many users have not received answer.

I think for unlock card without go to Poland need your solicitors write to Mbank, Visa and EBA and also Poland government, at the same time make noise in the web.

After, MAYBE, they can unlock your card...
I think best solution (more than not buy this crap card) is found a serious Poland interpreter and pay him/she for help you.

To be sincere, personally I think this is just "smoke" in my eyes, are useless words.

If you want to do something useful, please report Mbank and also Podex in the web for do greater number of people know both are shit service.

Also, Podex wrote in website "card work in EU and for ATM", I think we can report Podex because are liars and create great damage of many people.

In fact, Mbank told me this paper is not meant to be used out poland, ASAP i write a post with a clear summary

If we want, all togheter, use a solicitors for write to Visa, Poland government and Mbank Im ready

If you want take part we can organize a  complaint group and do write by a lawyer

But before you start you should know that this has a cost, time consuming and does not guarantee results 100% safe

Please make sure that as many people are made aware of these two services, Mbank and Podex are two service of shit

Anyone in the UK is advised to contact the Polish embassy in London and file your complaint.They speak perfect English and have been helpful with me on another problem of financial matters.

Also mBank is a Polish direct bank, part of BRE Bank (owned by Commerzbank).So it may also help to talk to the parent bank they may not be aware of what is going on at mBank with its cards. I know this sounds ridiculous but if you have money on your card and its still working and you want your money,dont use an ATM go on to ebay and buy your local currency(under holiday money not used) and pay with it on your card.The fees might be higher but better to lose 100 as 500 if you use the ATM then you have probs I believe.
