Firstly I would like to apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment that you
experienced in dealing with mBank recently.
In connection with the reasons for blocking the card, the process of unblocking the
card requires filling in and signing a complaint form containing the Cardholder's
personal data. To do this, you need to visit an mBank branch.
Bearer prepaid cards issued as an electronic money instrument are offered by mBank
S.A. in the Polish market only. mBank S.A. has never offered nor intended to offer
such cards outside Poland.
Notwithstanding this, mBank is doing its best to develop a process dedicated to
Cardholders staying abroad in order to handle complaints filed by users from outside
Poland.
That is why I cannot ask you to send any documents like ID to unblock your prepaid
card.
For that moment it possible to unblock your card only during the visit in mBank office.
