Anyone in the UK is advised to contact the Polish embassy in London and file your complaint.They speak perfect English and have been helpful with me on another problem of financial matters.

For my personal experience embassy not interested in these problems. we talking about the policy of an entire bank and not a simple problem of financial matter.

However groped have not costs....

The problem is Podex...they do misleading advertising, they cant impose the policy to Mbank.

Mbank wrote clearly have not interest sell this particular Visa out of Poland.

But Podex buy cards for 3 € and sell for 30 € (around) then is not interested citizens problems, interested just gain and of your problems they "wash their hands"

The real complaint should be made against podex, because they promises in advertising things that can not keep

First question that hits me is why people want to use foreign debit cards to start with anyway,I use Caxton there safe secure and work anywhere in the world and using ATM is not a problem

I want to use foreign debit cards (Especially EU card) for receiving payment from a company based in UK.
For some reasons, i use a fake identity instead of real one, so i really need this kind of card to get my money.

Is caxton card could do it? i mean anonymous card?

2) by bank wires from third party? (I mean from bank accounts owner different than Caxton cardholder)

sorry don't
know I just load it from my debit card you get them in various currencies I keep it as a back up when travelling.
All things are Diff for me as I am now located in the Uk where the banking system is 10 x better than the US

UPDATE:


After absolutely zero progress on transferring the funds I decided to take a 800km trip to Poland to visit a Mbank Branch as I was told on numerous times that is what I should do to unblock the card.
In Poland the nice ladies in the branch said they cant do anything about the blocked card as they dont have access to the card system. So I called the customer rep to ask why they had told me to come to a branch to verify my ID if they still cant open the card. I was given a big load of bullshit with different excuses and in the end they said I should contact the person who sold me the card. They never even wanted to copy my ID even though I insisted so I wouldnt have to go back again.
This is such BS and they are obviously finding ways not to pay the customers back.

If anyone is planning a trip to Poland just for this I would advise you not waste your time and money as it still wont give any results.

At this point we make a legal action against who sold the card. They made misleading advertising, and we are all EU citizens, with with consumer rights.

No, we can't 'come good for it'.  We have no control over mBank.  If they decide to steal from people, there's nothing we can do about it.  We've already stopped using them and if one of our customers' cards gets blocked, we will send a free replacement.  We have a new relationship with a different bank.

mBank is probably insolvent and decided to steal from foreign customers in order to shore up its balance sheet .. if they stole from Polish customers they would probably be shut down by Polish authorities, but presumably they can get away from thieving from foreigners

along with another member of this forum, who is a Polish resident, we tried to help people with blocked cards. It's possible to go to a branch, if you're a Polish citizen, sign up your name to the card and get it unblocked. Not a problem. I've even arranged for several cards to be unblocked, it took me few visits to the bank, few long conversations with the bank officials. No problem, it's all doable.

What is not doable is cooperation with most of the people who got their cards blocked. I talked to several people (most of whom were newbie accounts), and somehow, all of them, stopped replying when I asked them for a full history of the card transactions. Transaction history is the same data as the bankers will be looking at, I'd prefer to know what's been going on with the card, it's still anonymous, so why did people get scared of my question? Why? Why are those people scared to show me the transaction history?

I'd like to look at the history of different cards to search for a common pattern that might be the reason for blocking. Also if I'm supposed to send sbd to the bank and risk their ass, then at least I'd like to know what is the risk involved. I can unblock approx. 20 cards according to my deal with the bank, if any of you are honest enough to reveal the transaction history (for my eyes only), then I can try and help. If you're not, then get a lawyer and see what you can do, but I guess that you can't do anything. The cards are meant for Polish residents, and yes, they are for travelling, so making payments abroad is their purpose.

I didn't read through this thread, I've got enough of my own stuff to do than try helping people that are not willing to cooperate, and that are potentially criminals. If you're an honest person then I can try and help, as long as you're willing to show me the transaction history.

If there is any other way I can help, then you can PM me. I hope that for all the honest people, the case will get resolved.
