There do definitely have to be put up some higher preconditions for coin launches.
Some have been named, but a videochat or anything that will be made has to be put up for public insight. So anybody can do its own valuation and not rely on someone who is putting up a POD and maybe also getting paid for doing so ...
and PLUS:
ICO HAS TO BE BANNED
we have been at a stage, where dev put up a % of coins he wouldve earned by every block mined. Not even a premine Block 1 with 5% of all coins. He wouldve only earned if his coins were being mined. This is the only community-way to go!!!! The Dev still earns enough, and if his coin is being attracted by many miners, he will get the money he needs!! but first he has to DESERVE to get that money!!!

If the Exchanges make Identification from the Developers as 1 of the preconditions, then a lot of problems will be resolved. It means that scam devs will have to do much more to get listed....falsefication of official documents...

I'm sure they'll be banned since you bolded your text and made it very clear how dangerous they're. Thanks..We would've totally missed your point if you hadn't made it big & bold. Problem isn't ICO or DCO or FCO. Problem is investors and exchanges who allow devs to put their coin without doing further research on how legit that dev is. If ICO disappears..scammers will choose something else...it's not like there was no scam before ICO.

Have to requote myself... think this guy has at least something to do with the scammer here .... what do you think ? Dont understand why people are buying ICO coins for thousends of dallars. Basicly its the same like you give a shitload of money to some unknown guy you just met at a party, who claims that he will multiply your money lol . ARE YOU FUCKING STUPID ? I mean you can buy some coins for 5 bucks or somethin like that for gambling , but thousends of dollars ? Also there is a question why this "developers" need so much money to start their business. All you need here is a laptop, a internet connection and something to eat/drink. An if you believe in your project you operate at loss at the beginning like every fucking business in the world. And you dumpasses give xxxxx dollars (or nearly one million in the case of Blocknet) to anonymous people on the internet. Do you realize that software development is basicly the only business where you dont need any starter cash ? No machines no commodities no vehicles nothing at all ... So switch on the brain and think why this people need your btc for the "development" of a bitcoin clone lol... Better give the money for some charity then buying hookers and champage for anonymous guy on the internet. For your pocket it makes no difference, but you help somebody eventually at least.

In those countries it is possible to change your name for just 15 euro and it's legal in those countries. You will get a new passport with your new identity. It is not a problem over there because people in those countries are registered with some kind of personal number, name doesn't mean anything there. While the rest of the world works with names. So they will just make a scam, change their identity, get a 4/5 or 5/5 POD and do the same thing againg. They scam in the rest of europe with social security, loans etcetera. So easy because they have a legit identity card or passport, everytime again. And they scam in crypto now as well Please do not trust any dev from any country from eastern Europe. I repeat, please do not trust any dev from any country from eastern Europe. A shame for the ones that are legit but your taking a huge risk with those guys!!!!
