Well there are 70k+ unconfirmed transactions and the withdraw just got 11k fee. So it's normal that while take a while.

There's no estimated time when it'll be confirmed, it can take few days.

That is really a tons of unconfirmed transactions stuck in the blockchain, I think for user that used 0.0001 BTC miners fee or lower, the transaction might take even longer than just a few days to get confirmed, with this huge number of unconfirmed transactions in the blockchain, I guess the suggested minimum miner fees should be set to 0.0004 BTC or above if you want your transaction to be confirmed faster by the network.

You should change your security credentials for other websites that use Cloudflare. And you should enable two-factor authentication on every site that supports it.
