How is the lottery EV+ here?
100% of the money raised with ticket sales will be paid out to the three winners and on top of this the site will give out another 1%! Players with winning tickets will win an extra 1% of the prize pool.

How is the lottery EV+ here?
Because the payout is greater than the costs of the tickets. All funds taken from ticket sales are directly added to the pot. On top, a 1% bonus is given too. The payouts split 80%,15%,6%, which comes to 101% in total. If eg 1 BTC is raised via ticket sales (10000 total tickets), Place one would be 0.8 BTC, Place two would be 0.15 BTC and Place three 0.06 BTC, all in all 1.01 BTCAnd thus you have +EV

Is your game provably fair ? If the answer is yes, how to make sure that this fairness can really be checked from outside ?
I have also same questions! I'd say the provably fair tabs on each game are a great starting point. Everything is explained in detail on there, and you even have a third party verifier linked with each bet. That should be sufficient information to allow you finding the answer to your question.

With dicebot what does the error "invalid ratio" mean from Crypto-Games.net?
I might have figured it out. It only occurs when I'm use the max win chance "1.02x" ... so probably the C# might be sometimes sending something slightly less. At least that is my current guess, I haven't actually captured the packets to check it out yet. EDIT: I had a bug where I set my reward to 1 and then it sent a chance that is too high, that generated the "Invalid Ratio" which is a bit of a cryptic message. "Chance too high" would have been clearer.
