Well, we will never really know if @WTFTX did abuse the faucet and we can't be sure about it because we know that this type of bans and prevention systems aren't flawless or perfect so some innocents will always get caught up but @DarkDays is right, contact the support to see the reason for disabling the faucet.

Oh yea I probably would have been considered as abusing it as I withdrew a lot more than I thought I did.

What kind of strikes me as odd though, is the faucet is under a tab called "Rewards" with a little gift icon. Their reason for having the faucet is to "test gameplay". Isn't this what playmoney is for? Why have a faucet you can level up at all at that point, and why put it under a rewards tab?

They did re-instate the use of my faucet after talking to support so I'll give them a hats off, but still find the whole idea strange. Thanks though, good customer service.

The minimum withdrawal amount on the account I have registered on your site is 0.001 BTC. But some players have made me aware that their accounts show a minimum withdrawal of 0.0005 BTC. What is the reason for the difference and does it depend on the account rank or something else?

This has been a big problem already, and I think Cryptogames should've solved it by now because if this isn't a an isolated case then that means it can happen to anyone. Hopefully they will solve the issue and compensate or reward you for finding the bug.
