I'm sure you have been warned before you get the permanent mute, but seems that you ignore the warning that make Lutpin need to take the last action.
All in all, moderators has the right to kick users out from the chat room especially if the users break the rules in the chat room such as begging or spamming.

It's been a long time since I visited crypto games, it seems that a lot has changed from this casino and the updates that have been made by crypto.games, I think I want to try again to access the account that I left long ago, I haven't opened it for almost 3 years, I almost forgot the email and password or I have to create a new account again, but I'm afraid my old account has been deleted and suspended, I see some blockchain payment support available there are quite a lot of alternatives, it seems interesting to try it again playing games on crypto.games just looking for luck while testing other games.
