Hey guys, I've just moved to Amsterdam (thus the delay on the latest batch of Uno Silver wallets). I have some Goxxed for the Last Time silver coins if anyone is interested in them for UNO or other methods. I've dropped the price significantly due to silver's recent decline, £19 for smudged and £23.50 for regular strikes + shipping depending on your location. There are also deals on a bulk buy available. Currently around 10 left! Check out the thread or pop me a pm if you're interested Goxxed Coins

Wow! Amsterdam! I am 'all in,' BTS. Silver is a bargain. You might cross-post on the main thread.
And: could we have some on-the-ground insights into the economic situation in Europe?

I was planning on making some videos about moving to Amsterdam, as it's a big change. Also, I'll cross post! I'm not quite 'all in' at this price. $12.50 is my lowest target, then I think it'll be time to back the truck. My insights probably aren't very indicative of europe overall. Though my family live all over the world, so perhaps I have a vague insight. Amsterdam like any metropolitan area with a lot of business is densely populated and seems to be doing well. Though the percentages of people receiving government assistance in The Netherlands is shockingly high (I think I read as much as 52%). So I think Amsterdam paints a rosier picture than perhaps is reflected further out in the country. Coming from London, it's more of the same, the centre is busy, I've noticed new small businesses opening on various high streets, and out in the sticks where I am from there seems to be some house building, can't comment on the towns yet, but overall things seems to be getting a little better, perhaps the velocity of money will pick up soon or we are just becoming accustomed with the ways things are now. A lot of youth unemployment in the UK, with London becoming more and more popular creating huge demand on housing and massive stresses to 'public' services and infrastructure.

Thanks, BTS. I have been studying the GFC since before it was called 'the GFC,' and am always grateful for on-the-ground information. Australia's social systems are still functioning, but every single one is grossly overloaded.
One example: appointments with doctors are increasingly expensive and difficult to get. The corporatists have invented 'speed clinics,' in which a combination of a doctor and 'prac nurses' aim at six patients an hour. Two thirds of the beds in the local hospital are occupied by geriatric patients.

The NHS is a shambles in the UK if you live in a highly populated area, I utterly despise the inefficient system the UK has. Makes me focus on not screwing my health up. It will be interesting to experience the healthcare system in The Netherlands, from what I understand it is private, but highly regulated, so quasi private but everyone is required to have health insurance. Not perfect in my opinion, but from what I've heard far better than the UK.

Keep practising the arithmetic, campers. Volatility makes the Hedges world go around. The low price of Bitcoin and the weakening price of silver has kept the Project from gaining pace, but things are looking better.
