Hi again. what i mean (about exchange automation) is just simple

example:

1) we can gather silver price and uno price from exchange api automatically.

then can just use that live ticker for in-house exchange.

2) when you want to trade, you can click then add amount on the input box then submit that order to the board.

so you dont have to write sentence for unformated thing for all orders (but trading result should be written manually.)

I can volunteer Unobtanium.uno to host this, if that makes sense.
Can provide dokdocoin with ftp access.
We could put in on a subdomain, such as UnEx.unobtanium.uno, or whatever you'd like... exchange.unobtanium.uno, un-ex.unobtanium.uno, etc.

Yes gold is very much manipulated.  Rather odd that we live in a wired information world but no one can provide solid figures of how much and where is it ... nevermind to whom it is allocated.  I think if DVC pitches just this message ... the blockchain of gold/silver (exact figures on how much suppy, where/vault custodians, and ownership title) ... then DVC is a winner/EZ.

Silver presents an interesting dilemma ... to sell at spot or to sell at what it actually cost to buy physical from established dealers.

"Why didn't anyone sell DVC to me at a premium?" They haven't noticed that we are up and running. I personally am squirming in my seat to trade -- 11 sleeps to go!!

It will take a while before (a) players figure out the nature of this trading-instrument, and (b) we get enough volume to make it all hum.

Dokdocoin's idea of an Uno/DVC 'ticker' has gotta happen!! It's a step towards some form of automated exchange.

It would be convenient to have a ticker calculating it, although I'd still have to double-check the number periodically.  I've seen so many data errors on the unobtanium.uno price data, and frankly, I'm not happy about that.  Maybe I should just be more appreciative, though?

I've been a bit of a sourpuss, lately.  People should probably ignore me.

 Last week I was discussing the potential for systemic Bitcoin value crash and possible deterioration of the network. It pays to be pragmatic and sometimes even vicious. As long as at the end of the day we maintain a core value of logic and sensibility, being dark and gloomy opens up potential analysis avenues that would be closed to a more positive (possibly naive and self congratulatory) outlooks.

Ian and I have theorised physical alternative currencies; studied the theory of coin-value; launched one micro physical alternative-currency, managed a trial crypto-adoption project for a whole town; theorised Omega Coin, Guerilla Fruit-Tree Coin, and Multi-Phase Coin; run four experimental exchanges of various types, run the Hedges Project, and had bad luck -- Internet down for six weeks -- on 'Cryptomall.com,au'.

The missing ingredient, what we were looking for almost from the start, was a coherent community -- decentralisation without the gratuitous individualism that is holding other coins back.

Guys, get stuck into DVC. Make it a roaring success, and we'll move on to the Next Phase. I will be disappointed if we make less than twenty or thirty million out of GMU, and have a ton of fun doin' it. We sure as shit have the talent!

Naw, the errors need to be fixed. If the tickers are to be used as reliable sources of information, then they need to be as such. Reliable. I have been thinking the same thing lately. Amagimetals site has a nice ticker for gold/silver/plat/btc. Where do you guys go to find your prices for the metals? I would rather try to use the same location so that we are all looking at the same figures, even though all websites should have the same info as the price is an industry wide thing.

Can we do tickers and such here at the forums? Can we do them in our sigs if not on the forums? I know some of the reddits i frequent have tickers, but often times moving things from one site to another doesn't farewell. Just adds more of a divide.
