Hi JWU42,
I am trying to follow up and check on the last few of my assets from BitFunder that are still not marked as either successfully migrated or liquidated.
Did you ever get any kind of response from Graet in terms of his YABMC passthrough?
Based on Graet still not doing anything with the passthrough up until now (or even announcing any plans for it), it seems he has no interest in running it anymore or even in shutting it down cleanly.
I'm assuming you hold Graet's underlying shares that the passthrough was based on... any chance you might be able to get the list of passthrough shareholders from Graet and just treat these shares like the other direct shares when you send out dividend payments etc.?

I just tried Graet on IRC and will advise. I apologize for dropping the ball previously on following up with him. He does hold the shares and has been receiving the coupons to an address that was provided by him to BTCT.co.

I have made contact with Graet and he will provide the list of shareholders from the Bitfunder pass-thru he operated. The last coupon made on the Bitfunder pass-thru was September 1st. I will make a separate "catch-up" coupon payment to these bondholders (Graet is effectively transferring his shares to the pass-thru account holders). We should have this cleared up by the weekend. Thanks for your patience!

All,
Apologies for the delay in paying today. Travel for the holidays had me distracted. Payment will be made tomorrow (for the normal timeframe ending at 1200 UTC 22 December).

Coupon paid ( BTC0.00000165/sh) a day late but still covering the timeframe from 1200 UTC 29 December to 1200 UTC 05 January https://blockchain.info/tx/99b0054b80d04fe69a5508dda47c062d2a84668b660ed5ade43c9da03932d7abCoupon for this coming Sunday will be BTC0.00000150/sh
I had sent a notice on October 6, 2013 via the BTCT.co website about shutting down YABMC at the end of the year and making a lump sum payment that would have the same effect as a forced buyback. My concern was the hassle in making a payment each week manually. I have learned it is not as cumbersome as originally thought and weekly coupons will continue for the foreseeable future. Perhaps once the weekly payment per share reaches ~1 Satoshi we can all agree this has run its course... (the TX fee will ALMOST be larger than the weekly coupon to all bond holders).

Coupon paid ( BTC0.00000150/sh) covering the time frame from 1200 UTC 05 January to 1200 UTC 12 January https://blockchain.info/tx/64dedbfc545be518126b22ca707d89edb8641c08d16a5ee92cc7f2136718c3f3I think I have figured the issues with setting the fee (using Blockchain's "generous" has been sufficient thus far but obviously isn't sufficient of late) and hope to not have a repeat of the disappearing TX going forward. The payment (and re-try) for the 5 January coupon appear to have not worked. I am simply waiting for the TX to "disappear" and then will resend with a larger TX fee. Thanks for your patience! EDIT - See this confirmed within 30 minutes = PROGRESS
