Difficulty change estimated at 1500 UTC on 9 May (1 day, 13 hours, 50 minutes, and 10 seconds from now).  I will be unable to make the coupon payment immediately and will target to make the payment no later than 1900 UTC (aiming for 1800 UTC).

Apologies in advance and appreciate your understanding.

Or we would use the PPT method of 1.00 issue and 1.35 (as an example) face value?

I personally also think issuing bonds at a starting value of 0.1, 1, 10 or so and then maturing at 0.1337, 1.337, 13.37 etc. is easier to get, but apparently in the "real world" it's the other way round.

It might just be a bit hard to explain to common people why a bond starting at 0.75 and maturing at 1.0 has a profit of 33.3...% and NOT of 25% for example. It seems though that you might get more "respect" from the "pros" if you have a clean face value and some weird starting value...

All,

Having issues with GLBSE.  have not been able to log in to my account and waiting on a response from nefario. Using the captcha (as they suggested) hasn't worked!

Sorry for the delay - will advise.

Still unable to log-in  Angry

Have tried using the captcha and recover option - no good...

The coupon information is updated in the seconds post ==> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=75867.msg840944#msg840944

While the difficulty went down this round the dividend is smaller due to the shortened duration (network hashrate was increasing).  The new difficulty of 1733207.51384839 is a result of the added network power...

Again, my apologies for the delay but I have no way of paying the coupon to everyone without access to my account.

Maybe you can pay out the second bonus payout to pre-investors in the meantime?

If I have difficulties on GLBSE I usually just click on "Market" and use the 2 input boxes in the header frame. If you already tried to recover/reset your password, this might no longer work though...

As previously noted, I purchased a mini-rig a few weeks back and plan to incorporate that into YABMC.  I will be releasing another 5,000 shares (at a minimum) and might go MUCH larger.

In looking at current pricing of YABMC and other recent offerings (new IPOs and additional share releases) the pricing will be very near 0.30 BTC per share.

I appreciate your comments and will be happy to answer questions.  Please post here or PM if you prefer.

Thanks in Advance!

Next difficulty estimated at 1600 UTC on 24 May 2012 -- looking like a drop which will increase yield for all bondholders!  Will update in post #2 as well...
