The current proposal on LTCTalk is that the maint fee covers all mining proceeds for this year. No word from bee on whether this is true or not.

It seems it could be his tactics to do so. Makes me wonder how can people still trust him despite that he has tricked us for months and after months of waiting, what we have in our account is not our balance despite it is a fee that we must pay in order to resume weekly payment .
Big question mark will be where is our earning from the previous months that he should have pay us instead of asking us an upfront payment like this. Those who sent him the fee must have no clear mind of this thought

Yes. Essentially we are still in the same position we were in 3 months, 4 months, 5 months ago. Until there is an actual accessible balance it's still in 100% scam territory for me. And I still don't think we'll ever see a withdraw-able balance (of the last 5 months of payments anyway).

Whats being inferred over in the Litecointalk forum is that balances currently owed will appear once all accounts are cleared, that we will be able to withdraw from, and pay the fee from, to continue mining.

He lives in some kind of time warp place, where everything is displaced by at least a few weeks.

IIRC, in his Q&A, he did say that coins go into the balance, and the balance is there until cleared, or synced, depending on what his word of the day is.

That will depends on how the ponzi sustain itself, sooner or later the ponzi disguised in cloud mining will fall if there is no one left to deposit at the site.

Basically people should already have the red flag warning when Chris offered a crazy black friday discount, most people fell for it and some doubt that it will be his exit way from his ponzi .
To most surprise, he paid for the shares from the crazy black friday discount and gain alot of trust from people. Repeat the same pattern over at the christmas discount and after he didnt pay us and supply us with a various nonsense reason, people do still believe him even until today, which you can see that there is someone who paid the fee

As for the pbmining case, when they started, there isnt much cloudmining yet and their site was called as a breakthrough for the mining industry, lot of people deposit and buy their hashrate making them a suistanable ponzi until Jason decided to end his ponzi and pay dust to his customer

I doubt there would be a balance for someone who dont pay the fee to begin with, it would be unfair to those who have paid the fee if Chris give out what he owed us without paying the fee. Also that the secondary option would be an ASIC board instead which means that it will/could be send to our address (not sure about this) but I dont think mining at home could be profittable anymore

Anyway we've heard of this Q&A promises before, I just hope that he really deliver his promise this time and it will create alot of havoc in ltcgear if he really show up in there this time
