I am new to LTCgear, is this more profitable than Genesis Mining?

If so, when can I buy actual farmshares / asic shares?

Thanks in advance

Yes it is better.  Look at my link.

160Mhs for $885 if you use anniversary1yr at checkout.

I might be willing to offload some of my shares.

False, the real price for 160Mhash is about $855 when paid in BTC and using the coupon code "anniversary1yr" that you mentioned.

They do not accept paypal, the logo's on their website but it is not an option during checkout FYI.  Use BTC and save even more.

A update regarding Feathercoins future in LTCgear

FTC mining
Hi,

As you may already know, Feathercoin network switched algorithm from scrypt to neoscrypt. The old scrypt asics obviously cannot mine FTC anymore.
The new chips, most likely, will mine FTC at a point if it is worth. For the moment, focus is on implementing other algorithms.
So, FTC mining will be deactivated starting this week, and may become available again in the future, if decent hashrate is achieved with new architecture.
One more note, in case you have a FTC Scrypt address filled on account page, please change it with a LTC address instead.

Kind Regards,
Chris

False, Erik. The real price for 160mh/s is 1805$ * 0.51 * 0.92 = 846.91 $.
If you could share some affi, then at least 50$ off from this -> 800$.
I would say 5$ per 1mhs is fair price.

LTCgear ROI is currently estimate 7 weeks, even with current performance of BTC/LTC.
I don't know the number with Genesis Mining, but I doubt any cloud mining service could beat ltcgear price now.

I would use paypal if you want some protection to make sure this is all on the up and up. They accept paypal directly from the ltcgear website. Or, buy shares with some BTC from Coinographic for 0.0013BTC each https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=831305.msg9290005#msg9290005.

ltcgear doesn't accept paypal. Chris has clearly stated about this before.

I purchased 3 anniversary packs this way, so he definitely does.

Hi Pistachio, could you tell us how do you pay with paypal and when did you purchase your packs ? I'm pretty curious because I have read Chris's email concerning paypal. Thanks.

These are in stock a few times a day.   When BTC is low it is easy to buy.   There are also a lot of stores listed at LTCgeartalk.net.

At GAW the current game isn't BTC mining, that is a lost cause until they get their rental contracts going again.  Now is the time to mine for HashPoints for use in the upcoming ICO.   Also I'm slowly selling down my primes which is allowing me to keep my income up.   If things don't improve I gently ease myself out probably with a considerable gain.  Grin

I'm also slowly pulling out of GAW. If they'd only had 10% of their hypes working I might've stayed longer. I'll still keep some hashlets there but atm I've bought two packs with LTCGear, spreading out the risk.

I love this "If they'd only had 10% of their hypes working I might've stayed longer." I was also a part of many people who believe in the hypes. But i was lucky enough to realize early that its all bark and no bite, so I jumped here. Smiley This LTCgear is so mysterious and quiet, but so far, i am achieving my goals. hopefully this continues. Smiley

Late September (Discover), early October (Visa), and mid October (Paypal balance). The option was still available at checkout the last time I purchased shares on 10/22. It is only an option if you are buying just one Anniversary pack. It disappears with more than one pack in your shopping cart. I assume referrals will still be paid out regardless of payment method. Anyone tried paying PP and checked to see if the referral was still paid?
