hmmmm last week I got 6.08 BTC from 32000 shares, now this week only 5.37 BTC even with multiplication. Am I missing something?

LTC diff went up about 5% and LTC/BTC rates tanked since your last payout cycle. and multiplication is not applied for the full week.

EDIT: Did some math, I got paid for about 2 days with the multiplied shares. No wonder it took forever to process payouts .

Where do you check your LTC payouts mates ?

I created a new adress for ltcgear payouts but i just got "no found" on LTC blockchain, my client is up-to-date and all is working fine.

Client is working fine too and up-to-date

Any idea ?

It is normal to only be paid a partial week for the new shares from multiplication.    That is different from the shares that you buy, which pay a full week no matter when in the week they are purchased.

5.37 BTC for 32k ASIC shares sounds correct.   BTC is up but LTC is down relative to BTC, so this week the BTC/LTC is only .0095.   Also difficultly was higher so fewer LTC mined.   Better get used to it because this is what happens when you are mining, most weeks you make a little less than the prior week.
