I have noticed if you let your order go on hold and sort it out manually with support, your affiliate doesn't get payment.

This is not true. I had such a case and it was credited after Chris fixed the on-hold problem.

It's a lot of wrong infos here. Both Ignition75 and david123 are right.
According to the new rules, if your on-hold order got fixed late after the refs payout range, your friend doesn't get the refs anymore. (read the ann from Chris).

You sure did something wrong, because a lot of people reported the affi still working for the mega pack. My friends even got credited for 2 packs.
