i also flagged this member about a week before finsky.  although i am not trusted.  he was trying to setup a group buy and attempted to take preorders and accept payments with paypal for hardware that did not exist.

What about group rent?? I will use Nicehash / Miningrigrentals or Betarigs. ( nicehash is cheaper )
If we hit a block, reward will be send to all renters. I will take 0.15% fee + payout from block ( i will rent some hash too ).

We can use escrow.

There will be a brief blip in mining while the pool is restarted for some minor updates. Most of you should not fail over or notice any interruption to mining unless you're looking at your cgminer console.

Restart complete, apologies as there was about 10 seconds of downtime so most of you would have failed over temporarily. Check your stats for some of the latest changes.

This is already being done by Philip. I see no reason to try and work with an escrow if someone already can do this cheaper without escrow fees.

"We can use escrow" because some users can say that i a scammer,look at my trust rating,it's red.. I got only 2 positive ratings but they are untrusted ( No dark green trust rating)

here is the reality of running a group shot.

If you get 5  coins mining for a shot with a fair price the odds are 5/25   for hitting a block and 25/625 of hitting 2 blocks.

Or 20% for 1 and 4% for 2.

I am well know my address and location is available to more then 10 people I sold gear to on the site.
What does this mean to me it means I am going to pay if we hit because people can knock on my door. If a try to run like nexious did with his pool scam.

I don't want to take on the responsibility to run the group shots often as I can think of a few ways I could be burned.

I do have an offline mac mini with btc 11.2 wallet with 3 backup clones of the hdd.  on of the hdd's is in a bank safety deposit box.

and I still feel out of my comfort zone running these groups.

ie the wife would really get mad if somehow I f up and owe out 2 blocks worth of btc to the guys on a forum. maybe I will one in Jan

Yes that is what I was trying to ask .
I just added .bma, .baj and .amu to my bitcoin address user name.  Now I can track the bestever share for each worker and total for the address.  Very nice.
