By the way, IPV6 connectivity to solo.ckpool.org is still working. There are still 8 active miners on it Tongue. If you have IPV6 you would have already been connected to it via IPV6 though.

Going to need a contingency plan if this is going to last much longer  Roll Eyes

I'm curious to see your response...can your hosting provider help at all?

Well the easiest thing is just to make the dns for solo point to the de pool but I'd rather not do that. Alternatively I could fire up a solo replacement but then I'd just direct everyone back shortly after which is kinda pointless.

Just let them keep wasting their money with the attack while we all mine on your back-ups, they'll stop eventually.

Moving the server. Will have another solo up shortly instead. If the DDoS is DNS based then that may suffer the same fate, so we'll see.
New solo pool up. When your cached DNS expires it should direct you to the new pool. You can force the issue by connecting to solo1.ckpool.org but this is only a temporary solution. All stats have been transferred from the old server to the new one.

Please tell me if you have any issues with the new one.

Mine on!

Well done, checked the status of solo.ckpool.org and it comes up like a rocket.

I think a Day or two then they will give up with that useless attack.
Did you know the main region of attack? And did you black list'ed it temp. just to see if the region then moves?
Question is to look if it is a professional or more a "kiddy"...

Nope. Did you switch servers? Each server has its own statistics.

Hi,

I changed to solo mining 10 days ago....today i checked status and noticed my antminer lost connection multiple times: main is solo at port 3333 failover is on port 443
My question: does my miner or the pool remember the work on the not yet found block or does it start at 0 work again?
Thanks in advance!
