The btc withdrawal issue is bad, one tx unconfirmed for 4 days now, and a new one was sent with a very low fee as well:
Fees 0.0000168 BTC Fee per byte 6.747 sat/B
While the withdrawal fee is 0.0004 btc on your website.
This is a real problem right now, please fix this!
Ok both transaction confirmed, still 4 days is way too long to wait! I agree. The customer pays 40000 sats and Bitmain only uses 1680 sats to pay the fee. This is outrageous. Do you happen to know which pool finally included the block? Chances are good that it was one of Bitmain's pools. If so, they got to pocket the whole 40k sats and you got to wait four days. This makes Walmart's lines look like a customer service dream in comparison. None of the blocks was mined by Antpool, but it's urgent, this should be fixed, I was about to pay $18 to accelerate the transaction with another pool. They should charge some fee extra as they have to move your coins into cold storage. However, I don't see why companies like this can't use dynamic fees or ask people to manually se their own fees themselves (with a recommended fee as an autofill)...
Indeed dynamic fee would be the best solution to use, they should use fee estimation built in bitcoin core (estimatesmartfee).

Hello!
We would like thank everyone for their feedback and suggestions with regards to the withdrawal fee. We will definitely take them into consideration and are working on improving the withdrawal fees already.
Also, about GRIN, yes the risks are higher as opposed to its short estimated ROI and profitability. BUT!! Grin prices have been going up.
Perhaps it’s time to get one unit and try out yourselves!
On other side note, StrongU U6 is sold out! Thanks everyone for the support. Next batch will coming out soon. We will keep you all posted.

When you don't own any Grin, the price going up isn't a good metric because more mining will start up and the difficultly increases meaning you will mine fewer coins. Also if you are really pushing Grin miners, you might start by putting up the correct units. It is GPS (Graphs per Second) not GHS. This can be verified at https://www.innosilicon.com/html/grin-miner/index.html

We believe most people here are concerned about the mining difficulties of GRIN and U6 once they are all released. At the same time we cannot deny that price going up is quite an attraction.

Well over the last 7 days the S15 earned just a bit over 0.00003 BTC / TH / day. However if the price of BTC keeps going up, that amount will go down. If difficulty increased by 100%, only about 1/2 would be made. Also there were three very high luck days in that week. That doesn't happen every week. Currently it is taking over 200 days to mine to break even. 0.0066 / 0.00003 / day = 220 days

I still run an L3 as it's profitable. Is there a L4 or L5 available? I couldn't find any info on it.

Hashnest, are there any plans to release a PACMiC type investment again in the future? I really enjoyed an investment that was less risk and more stable than mining, but still had the nice returns that the PACMiC was able to offer.

I noticed a jump in the Maintenance/Patout ratio for the S15 but not as much for the S17 after the new stock was added, more than the small difficulty jump and exchange value has stayed the same since I last checked. It seems the watt per TH values are higher than what Bitmain has listed. "7.1 Hashnest charge customers a fixed maintenance fee (including electricity and management fee) of US$0.075 per KWH. Electricity usage is calculated based on the figures given for each machine on Bitmain official website." S17 Pro is listed at Power: 46.0W/THS though on Bitmain's website they are Turbo 45 J/TH Standard 39.5 J/TH, I assume Standard(Normal) mode is used as you are given 50TH from the shop, so these are quite a bit higher. S15 is listed as Power: 60.7143W/THS and on Bitmain's website they are 57 J/TH Was curious why this is. I was also curious if PPS or PPLNS were being used, as currently transaction fee payout is quite high, averaging 13.80 BTC per block or around 10% bonus. I seem to be on PPS as my Payout Total(BTC) and Maintenance(BTC) come to 34.9% which is much higher than the stated Maintenance/Payout(PPS) average I have been collecting(mid 20s past few weeks thanks to the high price of btc)
Other than that no complaints! Great service you have been running for many years.

Just an update, seems like something is wrong on Hashnest's site in regards to maintenance fees. Price of BTC to USD has gone up, yet so has the Maintenance/Payout(PPS) which is now up to 37.31% from just yesterday's 34.9%. Both of these are after the small difficulty jump that happened a few days ago so something must be wrong. This is also higher than the BCH S15 fee of 35.9, which doesn't make sense as currently BCH mining is less profitable than BTC by a small margin.
