Trust me; this is one of those companies that you only do business with once - unless you enjoy dead money.
Well, maybe that´s a bit harsh. I can´t say they´ve scammed me. But the scrypt I got turned into a total disaster after a promising start. SHA, ok, except the contracts are overpriced.

Sorry for the CAPS LOOK  I have been waiting since January 3rd for my CC payout. I contacted support and was told there were technical issues and that those payouts were delayed. I had a ticket back today telling me that it had been fixed and that I should have a payout either today or tomorrow, Yes it was a pain having to wait but at least they do try hard to sort out problems. |

Last I have is for mining day 07.01.2015 which would have been paid out on the 8th January. Not had a payout since then although on twitter, facebook and on the forum here they have said there is a problem and payouts should be paid out today. Its about half ten at night now UTC time so about 90 minutes left before that payout day is over. |

At least they are updating twitter... could be domino effect from bitstamp earlier this week if they had funds locked up in there. |

Yeah, got it now. All squared for mining day 1/7.
Guess, 8 and 9 will arrive when they´ve upgraded or whatever they´re doing.

Purchased a mining contract 3 days and no payouts at all. Every day support has a different excuse. Save your BTC, service is extremely unreliable.

Yeh the last few days were unfortunate I think, I have had a contract with them since May and last weekend was the first time any payout had been late.. And as you purchased a contract 3 days ago...that was right in the middle of their problems, shame you didn't know about them before hand as perhaps your problems are because you bought a contract just when their software screwed up.. At least support is answering you each day...some companies..don't answer you at all.. |

I just got an email from Craig Kiltie of Genesis Mining, he said that they are still encountering issues after the upgrade that they did and they their tech guys are looking into it now.They will send the payout and the payouts that they owed from the previous days.
This is one of the reason why I choose GM. I have read a lot of reviews regarding them and most of the reviews vouch for their good customer service. I hope GM can resolve it quickly.

Apart from that one payout issue in January with their software upgrade, they have always been reliable with payouts. They just recently teamed up with Spondoolies as well. I myself had been doing a series of payout comparison videos with them and Gaw Miners since September. Yes, their prices are way over all other legit cloud mining operators. They are very transparent and responsive on the other hand. I m not sure if it is possible to ROI with them, I still have not found a single person able to do so. If there s anyone, pls do let me know. |

I have no idea about where I am at with my own account as with freehashpower being added to it, it is hard to have any idea of how much I would have got if it wasn't for that free hashpower. The comparison I started in September though is quite accurate as had no free hashpower. I had purchased 10GH/s SHA 256 and 1 MH/s Scrypt, the 1MH/s scrypt turning into 1GH/s in February. The amount I paid for that in September for both contracts was 0.0562 BTC and so far the amount of BTC I had back is 0.0383 BTC. If Scrypt had not gone the way it has, could have been quite close to ROI now I think. So if people had purchased SHA 256 in September and not Scrypt, there is a chance they could be very close to ROI or have reached it already. Not everyone comes on these forums though. Ian |

So I guess if you're good in alts you could play around these different options, but then again super hot new coins take a long time to be added there. And when they are added the time to dump has passed most of the time.

I m not searching for best ROI offer, I m searching for evidence anyone reaching ROI with them by using their cloud mining service and not referral fees. |
