Who knows. I am going to solo from now on.
Even before today's problem I am making about 60% of what I should make solo for the last 4 days.

What tools are available for creating plots? Is there a way to have a program on one computer startup and detect the amount of free space on drives, then either auto plot on the free space, or from a remote control panel manually set the plots? Have some GPU mining rigs, and setting up plots on each one is a pain since they're all CLI.

Well, it's better that dev post something. This pool have to give me about 4000 burst today.
Better to find a solution.

I also get constant errors. maybe it's a good idea to limit the deadlines a little (700years+ just don't make sense). I think 10,000,000 would be ok. That should result in much traffic. but maybe the problem today is caused by something else?

uray whe you do some maintenance on pool, i need to restart miner to continue mining burst? or you do maintenance, and i leave pool miner up and running, and a have no issue? i think the second behaviour is better... but i don't know if it is correct! thanks

guys burst-pool.cryptoport.io is going to explode !we got 300+ miners at http://burst-pool.cryptoport.io, network traffic is huge, if we continue like this, more and more nonce submissions are going to be failed due to network lag. please use alternate pool if you can, and spread the hash power and network trafic, this is completely separate pool, so you need to re-do reward assignment transaction to this pool address, please follow the How-To on site alternate pool : http://burst-pool2.cryptoport.ioset your reward assignment to 16434009311448803259 (BURST-WBXV-ER87-3JCG-GNC6A) mining URL : http://burst-pool2.cryptoport.io port 8124 or http://burst-pool2.cryptoport.io port 80

that limit is must be on client, pool cant limit the nonce submission based on deadline value, pool only know how much the deadline is after client send the nonce and then pool calculate the deadline based on that nonce, so limiting deadline on pool does not have any effect on network traffic or computation in pool

I would myself if I knew how to setup a pool.. or if u want to help me setup I can get hosting and all, up 2 u. currently looks like first pool is in US and second in Singapore.. I dont want to mine on first pool because of network overload but to second one I have 500ms+.. too much..

its still quite complicated right now, as it is still in development, i am afraid if i released the code it will make more trouble than a solution, maybe you can ask for dev official pool code to be hosted somewhere

that limit is must be on client, pool cant limit the nonce submission based on deadline value, pool only know how much the deadline is after client send the nonce and then pool calculate the deadline based on that nonce, so limiting deadline on pool does not have any effect on network traffic or computation in pool yeah I know, but you could just patch both miners, announce it, and then give ppl some time to switch to the new miner. After time's up, reduce the peoples payout by 1% for every deadline which is above the new limit to make sure everyone is forced to switch. That way, you could get rid of the extremely high deadlines. just a thought ^^ Of course the deadline limit shouldn't be that tight to allow small miners to still get some coins, but seriously, I saw some ppl with 7800+ years which just doesn't make sense...
