If I have multiple miners running because I have plots on different harddrives (windows) do I get a penalty for submitting the best nonce several times? since different plots will find their own best nonce I would have to guess that they all assume whatever they find is the best one and submit it...

for example say I have two harddrives 2Tb each mining different instances, both find the best nonce for their plot but one of those must have lower deadline compared to the other..

Does that mean for everyone bad submit I get penalty? I am starting to have a lot of instances running so maybe I should find some other solution??

Hello

Why does the UI show Current Block is 9294 as we are on 11148?
Last night as well was showing 98xx while we were on 108xx.

I hope that this is only some display error, frustrating as it is, especially since I have found no real consistency with this pool since I joined Sad

how do explain to me

have you read and follow this : http://burst-pool.cryptoport.io/howto.html

I did this and gave the same error
{"error Code": 5, "Error Description": "Unknown account"}

whats your account? can you see your account on block explorer -> http://burst.cryptoport.io ?

my account
BURST-3N39-7T5J-CKPM-DLLBP

your account is not yet visible on network --> http://burst.cryptoport.io/acc/BURST-3N39-7T5J-CKPM-DLLBP

you need atleast make one outgoing transaction to make your account visible to network, you buy alias, or send somewhere 1 burst

send me one burst Smiley

sent

Friend thank you I think now it worked Smiley

Hi i cant find my account and I cant get it to work either my burst account is BURST-ZHZ7-DBSR-E5TH-CYKHP thanks

To further break down

The account was created less than 4 hours he join pool and got 9.65k payout.

The account only got 4 transaction.

First transaction he got 2 coin to pay for join pool fee of 1 burst.

Second he pay for pool fee

Third he got paid 9.65k coin from pool

All happen within 4 hours.

His account never find any block within that 4 hours.

Now u go to http://burst-pool2.cryptoport.io

Ctrl+F this address KTMB-3WV6-JE6F-55ZGD

His current share is always days or months for all new block.

Do i get bounty for reporting bug ?  Grin

burst-pool2.cryptoport.io  now also has too many miners....

Error: Failed to submit nonce, retrying...
New best: Error: Failed to submit nonce, retrying..

I am losing coins because my shares are not being accepted and im very sure the pool just missed a block because of it

total 157 miners..

What is it that is causing this?? is it the bandwidth or the computing power behind it that cannot keep up???

this is why this pools payout is so bad compared to the devs pool... no minimum deadline is terrible if the hardware sucks and cannot keep up..

plz dont come with something like it doesnt matter if its not instant.. because it can keep retrying for minutes until a new block is found then it all resets and keep retrying.....

One question: but the 1024m is used to indicate the ram memory, right?
If you increase this value in multiples (2048, 4096...),  gain more? Since I have 128GB of ram. Wink

java -Xmx1024m -cp pocminer.jar;lib/*;lib/akka/*;lib/jetty/* pocminer.POCMiner mine "http://burst-pool.cryptoport.io"
