Yep, FortuneJack states in their terms of service that they don't allow multiple accounts (as do many other major crypto casinos). You shouldn't have created a new account, but rather just have continued to contact support about your first issue. You wouldn't have the additional problem of creating multiple alt accounts now if you would've done just that.

If there is a demand then I don't think FortuneJack will have second thoughts on creating an online poker room/table in their website but I don't think it is in there roadmap right now. Maybe if FJ conducted a survey to their existing members on who has interest in playing poker then they might have a proper decision in the future.
