I think this is promo for VIP member. You will get cashback up to 20% or 25% in case of losses during the weekend or entire week. contact your VIP manager for more information |

Apart from their decision to increase minimum amount you can withdraw, all deposits/withdraws are processing instantly. I have just made some cashouts and it went through without any delays. |

Apart from their decision to increase minimum amount you can withdraw, all deposits/withdraws are processing instantly. I have just made some cashouts and it went through without any delays. But still, sometimes they delay payments for half day to send smaller transaction below 0.1BTC. Even though they delay the payment but they will send it for sure. I do agree that they should improve the knowledge of their support team to handle customers. Because most of the times these guys blame technical fault and never give a proper answer. |

The only delay on withdrawal i have faced till now is when i try to withdraw to new bitcoin address. They will ask you to prove yourself by replying on one confirmation email which may arrive after few hour after you request withdrawal. They have sent me coins almost instantly after replying to that email. Other may also experience this if they change withdrawal address. |

I do agree that if one change withdrawal address then they can't process it until they confirm the email id. I have to agree their withdrawl system works much better now. I had countless problems with them regarding withdrawls in the past, just made 1 and it was almost instantly sent. Compared to the past, they have improved the withdraw system 100%

I always make a few accounts on a site if I'm gonna play there. If I'm not wrong, no site will allow you to create a money self-referral accounts to gamble. So one should read the terms first before complaining about the site. If you follow their terms, and still they terminate your account then it is their fault otherwise, it is user error. For users mistake we can call site as a scam site. |

But I don't agree that they are scamming people funds but they are quite slow in giving support to the gamblers issue and all payments are not instant. But they will surely pay winners for their winnings. But make sure you don't break any of their terms and conditions. Surely they need to improve a lot in providing accurate and quick support for players issues. |

If the reason is because multiple accounts then it is their own faults as it is clearly stated on the ToS page that multiple accounts is not allowed. Why you should worry if you are not breaking any terms/rules. |

Actually i don't think all of those people who have created scam accusations are different, may be few who have tried to cheat the affiliate system in FJ are trying to get back their account creating multiple scam accusations acting like different persons. I am making deposits and withdrawals without any issue till now, if you don't have multiple account than you don't have to worry about getting locked. |
