Two weeks ago I requested a withdrawal for 11.3 Bitcoins and I still haven't been paid.

Sorry to hear that, but have you tried to contact them? If you did it already then what is their answer? 11+btc is good amount, usually they need to do some investigation first for big withdrawal amount but two weeks is too long imho. Waiting for FJ to clarify about this issue.

After the first few emails they said it should be completed within a week. Now they just ask me to wait patiently with no information other than "We are contacting mutual investigation, and will update you soon."

I'm holding off my deposits  (BTC1+) Until this gets cleared up

I think everyone who is aware of this situation holds their coins until further notice, however lets not forget fortunejack is not just a recently started newbie casino, it is fortunejack, the casino that had so much wagered on their website so many deposits and so many withdraws, I think 11.3 btc is a whole lot for everyone but their casinos efforts to this day worth a whole lot more than 11.3 and they wouldn’t risk it if you ask me.

So I got the new affiliate username and password and everything and it all looks great. Just have a few more questions.

At the end of the month is usually when we are creddited earned commissions from the month prior correct? It will appear in the Wallet at the top of the screen? However where is the link to add a BTC withdraw address I can't seem to find one? Or are the funds transfered over to our FortuneJack Casino (Not affiliate) account and we can withdraw from there?



Second question is where do I get the new affiliate links to count clicks. So far my old link is

Check your email. You should of gotten 3 emails today. The first one was a promotion email to FortuneJack Casino but the other 2 were from affiliates@fortunejack.com, and these generally end up usually in your spam folder. Even if you remove it from the spam folder it will show up a few days later, no idea why it happens.

Are your clicks still getting registered in your FortuneJackPartner's stats panel? It looks like they have stopped a few days ago for me, And I have no way how to update to the new links which are suppose to be in the promotional material section. No links show up.

you should activate your account to make a withdrawal , you might can play it freely but since few months ago they have some new rules like to activate your account though the email is a must and we are as a user have agreed to their terms right? so just do it, i don't know exactly what causing your activation link didn't delivered , but i just curious why you bring this matter now after 4 months  .
