How much was the withdrawal?

That never happened before. Usually my withdrawals were processed within couple hours maximum,  most often instantly.
There is something wrong with your account/bets you made, so your deposit is frozen. You should sent ticket the support after a day of waiting?
Just to clarify - you still have access to your account and BTC balance is still visible there?

if you look at some previous pages you would find that he has problem about breaking fortunejack rules on multiaccounting , and i guess he is trying to collect some benefit on the deposit bonus promo , otherwise everything should run smoothly . as withdrawal really takes a little time only . they have the rights to close and or suspend the account .

Some people do really love to make issues and force themselves that they are the right ones not basing on FJ rules and as you said this user have been mentioned already regarding multi accounts and abusing promo which is really a bad act or violation on sites rules.It would be okay if we just ignore this person.

Fortunejack have already apologized for delaying your withdrawal on the above post but 5 weeks really looks quite long for getting approval on withdrawal request, may be its because the amount is quite big. I usually get my withdrawals within few minutes or max few hours.

They said that they are sorry so it means they apologized you. On another hand, word apology can't change anything but good to hear.
11.3 BtC isn't low amount of money, so blindly withdrawing from their side wouldn't be correct action but 5 week isn't also correct too. If we compare current price and the pricr which was 5 weeks ago, I think you don't need compensation because price is now very high and you will be in good profit.

i agree that 11.3 bitcoin aren't a small amount , they have to be carefully on processing any huge amount withdrawal to prevent abuse and losses. but honestly 5 weeks are really far too long , the security checking might only takes a couple days or a week maybe. 5 weeks really make everyone desperated . i wish there's an official statement about this soon.

They were sent an explanation through our support team couple of times before posting here and even after, the issue was addressed immediately through private messages.
We all know how generous Jack is, so if the compensation was needed they would get one. Unfortunately, in this case, it is not :)

Compensation would only valid if there are no other parties involved but seeing on the case the provider do have the problem which means its not really sufficient to give compensation and i think its just right on what FJ decided but well there should nothing to argue about compensation as long the issue have been resolved already then lets move on.

The past few weeks I been playing at Fortune Jack. I noticed several exploitation holes in their software. Such as patterns and able to predict wins easily on certain games. Including before placing a bet. I recorded a video as I thought this was a fluke. But I kept noticing the same thing doing different sessions, on different machines, etc. I reached out to FJ staff about this, because if I truly wanted to, I could have taken them to the cleaners. And I expect some of those Big BTC winners they been having there lately may have noticed the same thing. Anyways, as I told them. I not going to reveal it for free. I have videos to prove it, I am a long time member on BCT and have no reason to lie. My offer to them I felt was fair as this well cost them more money in the long run. They replied back wanted to know the issue and they would reward me with .2 btc . Seriously? I can deposit .5 and make .2 btc in no time by using their exploitation. But I gave them a brief rundown without going into details of what i recorded. They then insist on me sending them video. I told then NOT for .2 btc i am not. We can work something out but if not that's your lost. Especially if you all are going to continue taking the big hits like you do.

I may sell the video and give a complete detail if anyone is SERIOUSLY INTERESTED by PM. If not that's cool too... But one would expect FJ to take this issue seriously.

If exploit is big as it sound it is then IMHO FJ should give you very high reward for finding it.
I mean, 0.2 is really nothing compared to what FJ could lose in long run (if this is truth of course)

i wonder if its only me who notice the patterns and sometimes its really works i did already win some amount might be .007 just by doing the drill but still i'm not claiming that it can be a bug or its just the timing maybe fj needs to update or check for some new patterns.
