I agree, x5 is too high, x1 would be okay.
Because of the transaction fees, perhaps it would be better to add a up to 0.01 btc deposit x5 is needed
Over 0.01 btc x1 or something like that
Because if I deposit 1 btc, I definitely won't roll it over 5 times
Anyways, has anyone actually encountered a withdrawal problem because of this?
Only 1 person, everyone else says it never happened. |

STAY AWAY from this site they now won't let you withdraw before turning your money over 5 TIMES - they are obviously hoping you lose it before you have any chance of withdrawing.
Did you make a deposit but unable to withdraw because of it recently? Or you just read above discussion? I'm not trying to defend the site but it is based on my own experience playing in this site. I have never faced any problems in withdrawal, there is also no one reporting issue on withdrawals because of this term so far. It is still need to be confirmed by Fortunejack, whether the term is applied to all deposits or it is just for some special cases. Well, they clearly aren't practicing the rule on all deposits, but it's there for some reason. Until now no one noticed that issue so it went on. But now it looks like Bitsler admin posted on their thread so everyone now talking about this concern. It is better if fortunejack not following this rule then just remove from the terms page. That will give more confidence for players to deposit money without thinking much. It's a great gambling site for everyone to spend their free time. |

I made a deposit at Fortune Jack and decided not to play there and decided to cashout. I did not make a single bet. MY withdrawal continue to be reversed. CS agent Robert insist that I must wager 5x in order to withdrawal. I explained to Robert that I have a gambling problem and do not wish to play any and proceeded to withdraw again. CS Robert again reversed my withdrawal and said I must wager 5x.

WOW!!! That's very upsetting that a support agent wouldn't take the steps to protect you when you told him you had a problem. Yet he insisted that you wager anyways? Fortune Jack needs to address this and refund your original deposit. This is very disturbing to say the least.  |

In order to support your claim, you need to post proof means those discussions screen shots instead of writing because that will give solid evidence to what you're saying. Whatever you said is true then that is quite bad and fortunejack should fix it before its reputation goes down. They shouldn't force someone to gamble but if they want they can deduct the transaction fee. |

Then i think you should rethink about the wagering 5x for withdrawing funds. you can also do one think of asking the users to pay the withdraw fees if they dont want to do the 5x wagering for withdrawing free of cost of transaction fees. This will give the choice to the users to go for wagering or pay the withdraw fees.

I hope you understand, that anyone, thousands of bettors, can use a reason of gambling addiction to go around our rules including withdrawals. He was offered to close down the account, that is the only option we can offer to secure ourselves and them, but at the end of the day it is still up to them to decide. FortuneJack did not consider this bettor's case as reasonable as he kept lying from the beginning and now that they have lost their deposit we can not further assist them unless they request again to close their account with us permanently. I think their parent company is operating out of Ireland. If so, please contact them or the Ireland government and explain your case. They should have NOT allowed you to gamble after stating you had a problem. |

Why don't you ask MrMisley to post e-mails and full conversation and not only parts which YOU find interesting? MrMisley said he cashout his original deposit for whatever reason as HE DID NOT WANT TO PLAY THERE.
As Natalie said, Obviously HE WANTED TO PLAY HERE because he made deposit and wanted to use bonus but HE DIDN'T READ FIRST BONUS RULE AND THAT HE HAS TO ENABLE IT BEFORE DEPOSIT WHICH IS CLEARLY STATED. (I did the same mistake, i made deposit, bonus never showed, i asked support about it and they said you didn't enable bonus. You never saw me complained about that and I wasn't even in this signature campaign - it was only my fault for not reading bonus rules.) Now, after he realized that he won't receive bonus because he made mistake and didn't read bonus rules, he tried to withdraw money and because HE DIDN'T READ TOS about deposit rollover requirement he couldn't and easiest way was to say that he is gambling addict. Btw  Did he accept terms or not? No one can register without accepting them. Who is here to blame for not reading them? If you don't like them, don't sign up, if you sign up it means you agree on their Terms and conditions and every change they make in them(it is also stated in ToS) It's simple as that. On every site. Creating new account on FJ, depositing money, trying to withdraw because of not reading ToS and after all that saying that he has gambling problem - are you seriously buying this story? Makes me wonder... |

If one accepts our terms, they are agreeing to play by the rules.
As we have already mentioned, we are aware of the problem connected to gambling addiction and we are very cautios, but this was not the case to consoder as reasonable.
It does not matter where or to whom he reports, we have proof and explanation, which MrMisley did not provide.

Can I ask you one question, did any members of this forum request you guys to provide a free transaction? If I'm not wrong, you guys are doing it to attract more people to your site but the withdrawal limitation rule is not highlighted before depositing money into the site. I feel you should pop up this important message to all depositors when they click button deposit. Because many players will not go through all the rules which site has set up. I find this rule cheating people if you don't pop up this important message. Because of this, you may lose a lot of potential players. If you can't do that then take out this rule and ask players to pay the fee. They will be happy to play on your site without any withdrawal limitations. |

(c/p from pokerstars ToS only funds that have been wagered on your account will become available for withdrawal). If you make deposit 50$ why do you want to withdraw 25$? Why not deposit 25$ in first place?
