Fortunejack could also make a "Special 5x Wager Bonus" to unluck free withdrawals. This way, people not meeting the requirements can still withdraw without causing Fortunejack to lose profits.

It's not just convenience, it's also about reputation.
People will more easily deposit BTC into FJ if they know they can get them out.
Having your deposit stuck in a website will make you reluctant to deposit at all.
It's good for FJ and for the customers.

Are you concerned with 2x wagering requirement? Its not much and you can wager it with very low risk bets.

Also there is no any manual verification needed for withdrawal if you are withdrawing to same address but if you change receiving address you might have to confirm it manually through email.

[According to bitcoinsfees.21.co] The average transaction will only take ~0.5mBTC to have the fastest confirmation time. Now a 2% deduction is greater than that transaction fee when the deposit is greater than 25mBTC which is a relatively small amount. Anyone who deposits >25mBTC is at a statistical loss even with a 'free' withdrawal.

I have played with Fortune Jack recently and had no trouble.

The withdrawals are very fast for me (but my amounts are "low" ~0.01BTC or 1LTC) with other casinos I have to wait for manual confirm before withdraw sometimes taking more than 24 hours. On FJ withdraw is usually within 10 minutes I have at least a TXID if not complete.

I like to test out the environment first before playing and spending more and the only way to do that is by withdrawing funds and determining how hard or easy it is to do.

I do not really understand about blackjack rules, but as I know you should not lose those bets. Support is online now, you may try to ask about it and hopefully you can get the answer. If it is a glitch/bug on the blackjack then you may get bug bounty imho.

Looks like you bet .075 on two hands (.15 total) , busted one, pushed the second, and got paid .075 - even though the push says lose.


Just looked at the other hands you posted.  Seems like you are getting paid correctly despite "lose" being displayed.  

In all three hands you bet .075 x 2, busted one hand and pushed the other, and got paid .075 for each.

Nope, the technical team is still working with BitGo to fix the issue. Give them more time to work on it, so lets have more patience. Indeed, waiting is sucks but that's the only thing we can do at the moment.

It's resolved now I just received new message few minutes ago saying they updated my balance because of my withdrawal being cancelled several hours ago. Withdrawals are still not yet fixed though.
