Hello fortunejack. I have some problem. My withdrawal has been cancelled for unknown reason and there is no balance on my account. How do I recover my withdrawal? This is the first time happened to me. Please help. Thanks

I got the same problem, I have asked live support and she (Carrie) tells me that there is some technical issues. She said that our funds are safe, so we just need to wait for them to fix the issue. Hope it wont be long though.

Yeah I got the same issue also. I am sure it will be resolved soon.
It's resolved now I just received new message few minutes ago saying they updated my balance because of my withdrawal being cancelled several hours ago. Withdrawals are still not yet fixed though.
I think all withdrawals have been canceled, yesterday Carrie told me bitgo is having technical issues and today Alexander confused me telling me that FJ is working on technical issue.
I hope they will resolve whatever this is ASAP.

They just said the issue is with Bitgo and they are working on fixing the issue like others have mentioned. Still as its my first time playing here I'm always sceptical when it comes to withdrawing funds especially when they claim there is an issue the deposits I made went through without issue though all two of them.

seems like FJ's withdrawal system is suffering from a problem with Bitgo wallets
this is not connected to the rollover requirements change in any ways(I hope)
so it is going to be fixed very soon,if not already
has anyone tried to deposit and withdraw straight away?

There is no need to pm natalie here I think chat support is enough.  I had experienced pending withdrawal and I contact their support and are very active since they answer witht he querries as soon as possible.  Though they do not have access to the technical side, I guess it is understood that it will take time regarding the availability of the technical staff.  It will only take a minute to if there is no issue with the withdrawal and technical staff is available and hours if they are not.

Withdrawals are fine mine was received while I was asleep which is good as now its instilled trust into the site for me and I will play more often.

Being my first time playing it was easy to setup an account and deposit bitcoin. They are doing some technical maintenance as said by the live support and it will be resoled very soon. No need to worry, probably it is to follow up the previous issue about the payment system.

Why did you block out the user name of the most recent bet, but not the one before that ( your username )

Looks like you bet .075 on two hands (.15 total) , busted one, pushed the second, and got paid .075 - even though the push says lose.



Just looked at the other hands you posted.  Seems like you are getting paid correctly despite "lose" being displayed.  

In all three hands you bet .075 x 2, busted one hand and pushed the other, and got paid .075 for each.

Support confirmed the hands were paid correct but display wrong. Still is an issue but not loss of money I guess  Roll Eyes

it was an old problem that i have reported several times too i guess , they seems have quite a lot display bugs. unfortunately my report wasn't get paid as a bug bounty  Grin  Cheesy.

I deposit here last night before their website crashed with the SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Cannot assign requested address error.

My desposit was lost even thought it has 300+ confirmations on coinbase and complete on blockcypher.
