Anyone here have their withdraw request stuck or it's just me ? Mine is still pending for more than 12 hours now. I tried contacting live support but they keep closing the chat once I start a conversation. Is everything affected by the technical maintenance ?

In my very own experience, FJ helpdesk never failed to assist me more than what I could ask for. And if I am not mistaken, people in helpdesk/chat support would not want to close a convo as that would affect their ratings and most if not all customer support are expected to resolve a concern in 1 call/convo(we call that first-call-resolution). Most probably there is an internal error that made your transaction stuck.

You seriously ignore the warning messages? 2fa should be enabled on all(bitcoin)sites, you probably never have read/heard sobbing stories of people who lost money/bitcoins because they didn't enable 2fa either because they were too lazy or ignorant.

I have tried to enable 2FA but you need a cell phone and I do not own a cell phone..So ya. Am neither lazy nor ignorant, but maybe you shouldnt judge people whom you do not know before learning more about their situation.

And I am not worried about being hacked....Both my email and my FJ account have way too good of passwords to crack, I made them extra legit since I could not enable 2FA... and both use different passwords as well.
A hacker would need my emails password and my FJ password to be able to successful gain anything by hacking me..plus I have asked FJ to email me anytime I make a withdraw to confirm it is me who is making said withdraw. And I use 2FA for my email via an app i downloaded on my laptop...FJ's 2FA needs a phone to be able to use and cant use this same app for it, ive tried..so ya man, i'm not dumb... Plus if I were someone who did not know how to protect their money and accounts you shouldnt be a d*ck to them you should just talk to them about it like normal people would do and tell them they really should use 2FA if they dont want to get their btc stolen, and say you are only notifying them about this because you care about the safety of your brothers and sisters on the planet. That is how I would go about it. Wouldn't go straight to calling someone dumb and ignorant. That is a dumb and ignorant way to go about the situation.

If someone hack your acc he or she can send money as a tip and then withdraw.

I'm sure he will not do it because he is pretty sure about his password which is wont be easy to crack. For some people having 2fa is something that a little bit complicated and wasting time for them so they decided to make a really complicated password in order to make it hard to be hacked. Of course 2fa will be better but we cant push/force other to do it. It is just a recommendation, lets the players choose what they wish.
