Dude, I am trying to win lucky jack promotion for a year (more or less), I claim every single day and so far I never saw my nick. I don't know how big is fortunejack's user database but only less then 3650 users can win this in one year(less because some guys are extremely lucky to win more than 1 time, and I've seen user from bitcointalk who won it at least 3 times).
I can only say - keep trying as the rest of us and hope you will be lucky enough to see your name on that board

I'm just a recreational player here, very rare to visit FJ and as I remember I tried this promo few times only. I know that the chance is very small, I do not really care about this promo so I do not try to click it everyday. As I remember there was an Indonesian player won it, if I remember it correctly his username is Apriand like his bitcointalk username. Maybe he will come here to confirm once again so you will know that it is not a fake. At least there were real winners from this community.

Seems that the higher we wager or the more active we play the higher chance to win on the luckyjack promo. I'm just a small gambler who only play with so small amount, my total wager at FJ so far is only 60btc+. Indeed the rule is only total deposit should be at least 10mbtc to be eligible but based on your experience who have won it few times, seems that wagering and activity will give a better chance to win on the luckyjack promo. ok but this is really a non-issue and we need to really focus our energy on Fortunejack's bonus meltdown and ensure we are withholding all deposits until it is resolved.
