I have not been paid my last withdrawal. I have been waiting a month now for 9 bitcoins no email from fortunejack at all. in my transactions it just says pending.
Why you waited for one month? Where are your proofs?

Fortunejack usually process withdrawal no more than 24 hours (mostly instant) unless there is something needed to be double checked before they process the withdrawal. Have you asked it through live support?
