Might just be the case of weird patterns or shady activity. Or a brand new account that could get linked to other accounts thus abusing bonuses or whatever. Could also just be an issue on FJ's side where they've completely missed this one. I'm sure they'll get to the bottom of this though .

Even if it is about shady activity, FJ should not let the player wait for so long time without any confirmations. At least FJ should inform the player if there is something wrong with the withdrawal no matter wrong in FJ side or in player's side.
Hope it will be solved soon, any players wont be so patient waiting for such huge amount of withdrawal.

Im not sure but they do offer some bonus for returning player , I think ( Im not sure about this ). I remember hearing or reading something about that too.. But not sure if they decided to go full force on the promotions and raffles and all that instead. I think I like the promotions more than a loyalty program actually. Depends on how big of a gambler you are I guess .

FJ had been great in their on-site support, especially when you contacted them directly, I had experience delayed in withdrawal several times but I always experience a prompt answer from them, probably your case is one of the rare cases that FJ needs to have you followed them up to make sure that it is really the right person they are dealing with.  It work best for your interest I think, since if it was a hacker then, he already gotten your money.

Even myself do have a hard time reaching on 0.1 BTC on slots since i am not really lucky at all when i do press or pull that lever. this looks bad to me. no contact no email and david have not replied. and no money. not ok.
