WTH with that big win, What is your secret to your luck in slot games? My biggest winning in the slot was only 0.2BTC and after that, I lose almost 0.5BTC, I can't maintain my winning streak in that slot game. Do you have trick or strategy on playing it? Maybe some lucky charm or whatever.  

Ya i got different strategies..Like on a lot of slots i will lower the amount of paylines down to anywhere between 1-10 instead of like 40 paylines, then I will just increase my bet amount a lot so that when it hits it hits really big. lol.

I see the "30 credits" and "50 credits" but I can't make out what your coin value and all that is.. only reason I'm asking. I've also never played any of the slots you have on the screenshots so I'm a bit unfamiliar with them and the bet sizings . Was also just thinking of getting an average number from you, if you had one.

Have you checked the spam folder, and if it's the right e-mail you were using?
Since, each time you withdraw to a different address they contact you to make sure it was you who made the withdrawal.

Are you sure about that? That they contact you when you withdraw to a new address? I've done withdrawls to several different addresses without any issue and I've never had to confirm through email or something. Maybe I'm trusted enough, not sure haha.

Dunno, I usually always use the same address, and each time I used a new addy (which was never used before) I got an e-mail where I just needed to write that's me and nothing else.
I like that.

That security feature has been removed i guess, i use different BTC address every time i withdraw and it goes through without needing any confirmation over email.

I believe it is still there, it is not based on the withdrawal address but rather on your IP, I never changed my withdrawal address and yet I got email of verifying that it was me withdrawing sometimes, reason is the different IP used during the withdrawal and that is one good feature for security .

Ahh okay, not used to playin slots huh? so i bet usually anywhere between .001 btc and 0.005 btc.

I have not been paid my last withdrawal. I have been waiting a month now for 9 bitcoins no email from fortunejack at all. in my transactions it just says pending.

Is this true? Could you please show a proof of what you have just said? Just wondering why you come here to complain after too long time? Fortunejack usually process withdrawal no more than 24 hours (mostly instant) unless there is something needed to be double checked before they process the withdrawal. Have you asked it through live support?

I have been very busy moving countries and traveling. so very stressful when I just assumed they would pay without me chasing them. poor customer support not sending me any email at all while holding my money for such a long time.

so  the case of withdrawal on hold for 1 month are not yet solved till today? how about this fj , would you respond on this and explain in public later? so everything could be clear and not become a bad view for public. the claim of 1 month waiting large amount of bitcoin without any notification/contact are really annoying ( i was once in that position btw ) and not a good way to handle the problem , i would like to hear the reason publicly to make things clear and transparent , goodluck erkans.

I played here a few months ago, But stopped because of something customer support related.
1 month for a cash out is appalling behaviour, If I was in charge of FJ I would get a whole new customer service team.

Standard to take a month? It shouldn't take that long to check an account.
Even a blood test result from a laboratory takes less than that!

This kind of behaviour is why I stopped playing at FJ, For FJ to come out with a statement like that, Shows how poor their customer handling is.
Too bad, they had all my favorite games and I was lucky playing there.
I hope the focus moves towards a better treatment of players

Lets wait for the fraud department finish the investigation about this issue, I hope everything is OK and erkans will get his money. But if there is something wrong with the account which is maybe against Fortunejack terms then players should accept it as well.

I was wondering if you could lower bet rates for slots.
Some slots have 2.5$ - 5$ minimum bet and it is not possible to choose less lines.
Also it would be nice if you could allow users to withdraw less than 82$, you can always add fee payed by users for withdrawals which are under 0.01BTC.

It is. I've had several withdrawals between 0.01 BTC to 3.5 BTC without any issues. When I did the 3.5 BTC withdrawal it took around 24 hours but I wouldn't worry too much about it considering it's a decent chunk of $ these days.. I've also seen others in this thread and other places that have won big and without issues got the money out .

Is there something wrong with the Jackrace Leaderboard? It is still empty for the period of Nov 24th to Dec 1st. Was on 76th last week lol, never won on this jackrace since the new rules of using points. Really missing the first jackrace where players only need to gain spins as much as they can with lower minimum bet.

i was remember that in the past you have good positions on jackrace when the rule still not change even you almost be reach the top 4 at the end of the week but very unfortunate my highest position on jackrace only reach top 20 however i have recently checked it at the site and yes until today still no participant for this week

Yes, we absolutely agree, and this usually doesn't take this long at all! We have been testing new fraud control system for around past two months and transaction period to the whole new system, which is one of the backbones of successful online casino turned out to be a little hard. But we are on it now, user should receive his funds shortly and in future security check will be much more effective and fast
