it's really sad that Fortunejack said nothing about the odds dropping problem , can we at least get an announcement regarding this issue

so it's for sure a general problem and I can understand odds dropping a little , but in FJ the odds are dropping insanely ( two days ago a selection was X2.44 in FJ and when tried to bet the system dropped the odds to X1.85 while I was able to place the same bet in a different site for X2.38 )

Every time I request a withdrawal, they will always delay my withdrawal for the standard security check. My highest withdrawal requests between 0.3 - 0.5 BTC.
This never happened to me before. Even my withdrawal was higher than that a few weeks ago.

I did it already since a week ago IIRC as I do not want to miss it but too bad there is no ways to edit/revise the prediction as there is a bit misleading thing in the Jackmate. Fortunejack put Porto in front made me think that the first leg will be at Porto's home but in fact the first leg will be at Anfield.

Fortunejack was never a sportsbook and just recently added it and I can clearly see that what they are doing is wrong in so many levels that only think I can think of is them either not using a proper third party program in sportsbook system of their casino and also not really knowing whats good or whats bad in sportsbooks for their lack of experience.

They are usually just a casino so this new sportsbook thing is just a new thing they are trying out and it could be understandable if they suck so much but I am sure in the end they will fix it. If it continues for a long time than we can blame them but for now I just put it on their sportsbook incompetence instead of shady move.

Clearly you should understand that FortuneJack only had released their Sportsbook officially last January 29 and early problems like what you have been experiencing and from other people who have posted their feedbacks online is a normal occurrence to experience on newly launch products in their beta stage. It may not be their forte but just give them time they will adjust and match the level if not surpass the satisfaction other sportsbooks gives to their players, they have done it on several of their games surely they can do it on a big product like this one.

Do you receive an email notification like a confirmation email of your withdrawal? I had to reply the email before they process my last withdrawal (2 weeks ago) because I use a new address.

Timing is a very sensitive thing in gambling and casinos vs players deal. I mean if you are a player who did nothing wrong you do expect to get your money right away so the withdrawal times should be as quick as possible, nobody really wants to wait a whole day to get their money so the player is right to ask for it right away since he knows he did nothing wrong.

But at the same time, casinos needs to check the withdrawals one by one and check what type of gambler you are and if you did anything wrong and if they find any weird movements than they will ask you further questions before they give you your money back, if they find nothing bad than they just allow the withdrawal.

Now, if the casino doesn't do that than they might be open to many risky attacks so they can't just auto accept all withdrawals. Both sides are very much right but there is no middle ground to fix the situation.

Let me clear this thing for you, as I know there is some delay with the withdrawals on FJ is because they cover all the transactions fee. So many of players or not want this free fee so they made a deposit and directly ask for the withdrawals. But in the mean time FJ keeps on covering their fee without giving any feedback, this is a casino they need people to play on their site. So what they do right now is already the best as far as I know

Hey FJ tends to be slow on the payments withdrawals this is not new, but the thing I know is if your claims are valid then it’ll be processed it may just take few days more. I remember the case of justpoor who had won a huge amount at FJ, it took a while but he did get paid. In that case they had clarified they do not keep extra funds in their withdrawals wallets, so whenever those wallets become empty it takes time for them to add funds which in turn causes the delay.

Yeah. A few weeks ago I withdraw around 2 BTC and I only waited for a few hours. But this time they said there was a problem with game logs which caused a delay in game history.
It's been 3 days waiting, they still give me the same reason. But I check my game history and there are no problems at all. Game history shows my last game.

Don't know what to do. Can only wait and post here.

Yeah, but that is about it, they have been vetting the withdrawals like crazy and they are still a bit behind but when it comes to games you do not see any problems. So, you can say while playing (and of course also while depositing) fortunejack is by far one of the best out there, it certainly can be ranked top three according to most people who have gambled all over the crypto gambling space, that is why I am confident that they have been this good this long.
