Definitely the type of response you would have from a very professional team. First they acknowledged the problem, which was the odds, and they have responded with the fact that they have changed sports odd provider and they are going to change that, so that's one down. Secondly they have responded to promotions which has been lacking and they have responded with something that will change that, more promotions very soon.

As you can see this is how you build a professional looking casino, someone who reads the issues and resolves them or at least responds what steps they are taking. Most places are just generic responses with "we will look into it" or "sorry you had this inconvenience" and promise of absolutely no change at all, this is why I love it here.

Now, with the new sportsbook, you've cut MLB and some markets for the top football leagues even further.

YOU will again say that it is not you who exhibit, but your provider ... So maybe you will finally contact the provider Or look at other bookmakers and conclude that further development in the direction of decreasing odds will not end in anything good for you!
There are a lot of bookmakers with low odds, but they offer promos every day, multiple zero margin matches, one time odds boosts, and the like.

Regarding the odds, as you mentioned we don't have direct control over setting the odds, but whilst negotiating with the provider we try to bring you the best odds we can, and overall the odds offered on our new sportsbook are and are going to be actually higher than on our previous sportsbook. Our aim always has been to have a sportsbook that is as much user-oriented as possible. 

As for the lack of promotions, the first few days of the launch served as a testing phase for us, concentrating on a smooth launch of the new sportsbook. We already have several promotions in the works for the sportsbook, some of which should be rolled out this week hopefully! and that's just the beginning! We'll have more for the upcoming weeks and months to enhance your sports betting experience with us.

Scroll down the page and you'll find the option to change the odds format as shown below:

To find the outrights, you need to select the main soccer tab, then you can choose which competition you want to bet. Below is the example of the outrights market of Bundesliga.



For the other markets you have to click the match and you will find more markets such as 1sthalf, combo (specials), handicaps, etc.

Is it around $1825 ? because Fortunejack said you can only take your deposit ($6375) while you are only allowed to withdraw $4550 not including withdrawal on June 8

As I stated on the scam accusation thread, I think Fortunejack tally the amounts which include the first deposit, the winnings of the first deposit, the deposit on the later date.  It is possible that Fortunejack deducted the amount won on June 8 to the later deposit reason why @OP only get $4550.  It is just an assumption since I have no idea how much @Deradullo won on June 8 that he is able to withdraw after passing KYC.

Sorry to hear that, could you contact our support or join one of our community channels and tell us which markets you're referring to? Maybe we can clarify the situation better once we know which sporting markets you've been seeing the lower odds at.

While we don't have direct control over setting the odds, when it comes to the margin we've actually lowered it on many of the sports markets in order to offer the highest odds possible to our members.

The problem with people who complain about the odds is that they do not realize odds are not made by the casinos almost all the time. There are odd providers who do it and that is why the odds are decided by them almost exclusively. This is why we should be considering this as not their problem at all.

If you do not like the odds, then you do not like their odd provider, in that case do not say "fortunejack provides bad odds", you should say "fortunejack should work with another odd provider". That much is true, looking at odds here and other places, I have to say fortunejack is better than their past, but still worse than some other places. But one of the worse odds I have seen is with another website, I will not name them but they are so big that they have tens of thousands of gamblers per day, and people don't mind it.

As I mentioned in the previous comment, the odds have increased on our new Sportsbook on a lot of sports, I think it will be more evident once the majority of the major sports are back from their summer break.

Regarding new promos, we do have a couple of promotions in the works to have ready for the upcoming sports season. Some new promotions are on the way, and also a couple of the old promotions you are more familiar with, like 4+1, should be making a comeback too.

They just mentioned 4+1 would be back and that covers all the major leagues and club competition.
