Definitely on the same boat, FJ really built a good thing for themselves  and enjoyed playing on this platform too..but whatever happened,not sure if a change of ownership happened here  but the experience just changed..and the Jack token chapter seems not to have been handled well and nobody from their end gives a satisfactory answer on what really happened with that product..but seeing them comeback on the forum is a plus and hope they can

Consider all the hassles through which you had to go I stand by the opinion that the red flag shouldn't be removed at all even  the day they will, hopefully, repay you in full.

They are simply not reliable anymore nowadays and this is a pity considering their long story in the gambling industry and the good reputation they that they had built over time.

The case is not in dispute. FortuneJack lost the court case and did not pay the amount ordered by the court.
The difference that FortuneJack did not pay out is $20k.

It's people like you that bring a bad name to this forum frankly speaking. FJ clearly scammed paperwallet and only paid out majority of his winnings after he applied a lot of pressure on them through various ways and still haven't paid out the remaining amount.

Even if they actually paid him out in full later on, who's to say they won't do the same against any other gambler since most of them give up pretty early on when it comes to recovering their winnings. Trust is tough to earn, but extremely easy to break.
